Magnificent Apartment in perfect location

Right in the middle of the main square with everything you need and more (T-V, Fridge, Cooking facilities, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Washing Machine, Safe, Hairdryer and toiletries). The building itself is immaculate inside and out. It has a lift and a roof terrace too. Would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Wroclaw for a few days.

Pokoje czyste, ładne, przyjemnie urządzone, jednak w Naszym przypadku twardość materaca dała się mocno odczuć. Dziewczyny w recepcji miłe i uśmiechnięte. Minus za różnorodność i jakość śniadań, stosunek ceny do jakość posiłku raczej mizerny. Parking współdzielony z Biedronką, aczkolwiek dla Klientów hotelu darmowy. Ogólnie hotel polecamy. PS. prośba do obsługi - należałoby wyregulować czujkę ruchu w pokojach, gdyż w nocy przy każdym poruszeniu nogami załącza się światło, a trudno wyłączyć zasilanie całkowicie:)

Reviewed By Patka79Rooms are big with beautiful lake view. Its nicely decorated. Food was tasty. Lost of animation for kids like Santa Clause, walking with alpaka etc. Pool isnt big but pleasent area, there is also sauna outdoor. The only minus was organisation during the Christmas Eve. They didnt have every guest on the list, so they have to combine with tables. There was big queque to the buffet this day and any carols so I didnt feel this day much special.

Awful Front desk staff who HATE foreigners - DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HOTEL!
Reviewed By zarch09In the past we stayed at this hotel and often found the staff to be far from friendly towards me - I am not Polish (THANKFULLY)My husband had heard remarks made about me but we generally ignore such ignorant comments. The only reason we choose this hotel is because of the proximity to my in laws. I usually book through booking.com without any problems. Due to the current situation with hotels world wide I wanted to make some simple enquiries - information that is not available on their website nor through booking.com - I called and asked if the woman who answered spoke English , she did not say "no" in ANY language not even in Polish but put the phone down. I called back again this time asked if she spoke German...same thing happened. I tried several languages (European and even Russian) she and her colleagues found it amusing to answer and put the phone down this occurred for 22 calls. In between they giggled and shouted curse words in the background. Eventually on the 28th call a young man answered and he swore at me in Polish (who doesn't know a curse word or two in a foreign language? I know the word well as I've been sworn at in Poland several times due to the colour of my skin. Irrespective of their personal views on foreigners the hotel should not have such unprofessional staff answering the telephone. My husband called 18 times and they kept putting the phone down on him because we guess they saw it was a number from outside Poland. The hotel itself should not put information in a foreign language if they do not want foreign speakers staying with them. 30 calls later they continue to put the phone down or just not answer. I am still waiting on management to respond to the emails. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS TYPE OF ESTABLISHMENT. WITH SUCH EMPLOYEES THEY DESERVE TO GO UNDER. THERE ARE OTHER MUCH NICER AND MORE PROFFESIONAL HOTELS TO STAY AT. I am utterly disgusted with this hotel.

Mix feelings about the place
Reviewed By monkey640Where to start ? The rooms are absolutely stunning ! But no air conditioning ???????????????for one week we absolutely cooked in the rooms . The fans didn't do a thing . The breakfast is amazing and loads of lovely fresh food and big variety ! But the lack of engish speaking staff for such a high rated place was a very big let down . The bar closed at 10 pm and u get quicked out even when u are staying in the b&b ! So for us it was mixed bag ! Especially at the rate we paid !! 900 euros for 5 people with breakfast .

Fajny hostel w centrum
Reviewed By AleksandraN372Serdecznie polecam hostel. Znajduje się w centrum, więc wszędzie jest blisko. W pokoju jak i częściach wspólnych było czysto. Tanio i przyjemnie. Blisko jest płatny parking. Jest nawet winda. Obsługa pomocna i miła. Nie mam zastrzeżeń.

Hostel with art, heart and soul
Reviewed By Sindy CThe hostel started as an art exhibition venue then expanded to art + hostel. Shared bathrooms are clean. Hostels in Poland don't put curtains around dormitory beds. HART Art Hostel dormitory beds are enclosed by art partitions. Very thoughtful in taking care of guests privacy. During our stay, only a small number of rooms were available for public booking. The owner Izabela put aside most of the hostel rooms and dormitory to Ukrainian families fleeing the war. It is a hostel of art, good heart and soul.
