A perfect location with a good apartment

The apartement is spotlessclean, host is friendly, good design and we have feel like staying in the royal family :) the kitchen is well equipped with basic stuff including expresso machine. The jacuzzi was excellent ?. One suggestion: please inform the customer infront or put some informations on site how to reach the apartment by car. The location is pedestrian area. We have drove 1 hour trying to reach as close as possible. It would be nice if they put some information where we could stop the car and which parking garage could the customer used. Overall it was a great pleasure to stay. We had our first night without heating and warm water, at the end we have got compensation one night free and some cash back. The director was came to check and talk, appreciate the solution. A recommended place to stay!

Decent hotel
Reviewed By pakozlowThe hotel is modern and decent. We didn’t have any problems while checking in or out. As we came by car and stayed for one night the access was pretty easy as the hotel is close to the junction on the Karlove Vary by pass road (yet not close enough to hear noise). There’s also free parking for guests. In the room there is a quite big comfortable bed, a coffee table (though just with one chair while the room is double ?!), a wardrobe and a mini-bar fridge. The bathroom is modern and nice, with a walk in shower, though quite small. Some people in their comments complained about the traffic on the road in front, but to our view it was limited, especially at night. The breakfast was fine – typical hotel standards. Though at the time we visited in summer there were no special COVID-19 preventive measures taken (like we experienced in other hotels that we visited). As for a four star hotel the equipment of the room is very poor (or one can even say that below the standards). Firstly, there is no desk so if anyone needs to work or so it may be difficult. There’s no tea-coffee facility, or even no free bottles of water. The room’s door doesn’t have a lock to close it the room from inside, while water in the shower was quite cold. Also the lighting in the room is very limited, so it’s pretty dark. Additional lamps like e.g. standing (which are present in many hotels) is definitely required. Last but not least – the rooms are not airconditioned. In our case maybe it wouldn’t be a problem if not the fact that we were unlucky to get a room on the (low) ground floor next to the bar and hotel’s entrance, so then both: because of noise and safety reasons we couldn’t leave the window open.

Excellent and various food - also due to UA chef. Nice small club for evening conversations or TV However some glitches should be expected when staff tries to deal with unexpected - then they fail, but if you are OK with very high general level of service, than its probably one of the best small hotels in the town. Highly recommended (again, despite some failures, which should have been treated in a more professional way, but that the way of the Czech service, which is usually much farther from perfect than in Iris) Beware problems with elevator

In the Hotel Hubertus we offer an accommodation in a beautiful location of the Karlovy Vary forests overlooking the river Ohře and yet only a few minutes from the center of Karlovy Vary. There are 48 beds in single and double rooms and 2 suites, which are often used by families with children. All rooms are beautifully and newly renovated and equipped with comfortable beds and a private bathroom. Of course, there is a wonderful local cooking with a breakfast buffet and a varied menu of lunches and dinners, which attract guests from a wide area. Draft beer, homemade lemonades, excellent coffee and desserts from our kitchen served on the outdoor terrace are a pleasant moment for our hotel guests and guests from the area. A big benefit is the large, lighted car park right in front of the hotel, where hotel guests can park safely, whether they arrive by car or bus. For families with children, there are not only apartments, but also cribs, a children's corner, a children's playground, a menu adapted to the tastes of small customers and a number of details that make their stay with us more pleasant.

Reviewed By PB PVelice příjemný a útulný osamocený hotýlek v lese ve stráni nad řekou, od níž ho odděluje silnice. Okolí hotýlku je pečlivě udržované, takže posezení před hotelem je příjemné. Jedná se o renovovanou starší vilu, s moderním zařízením a výtahem. Bezbariérový přístup i speciálně vybavený pokoj s polohovatelnou postelí. Personál je velmi příjemný a ochotný. Jídlo, které jsem zde měl bylo výborné, jídelní lístek s běžnými jídly. Velmi příznivý poměr ceny a kvality.

Just great
Reviewed By travelwzmStayed in with 3 adults and a kid. The room was just huge - 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room. The most clean hotel I stayed in (bathroom, common areas, kitchen). The breakfast was super cute (extremely cute cutlery and so great decorated serving). The guy running the place asked us in advance what we prefer for a drink (coffee, tea, milk etc). Whereas there was no ac in the room, it was very fresh. There is a kettle in the room but u need to bring with your tea. It is in a walking distance to the main sightseeing of karlovy vary. You can pay cash only. Do strongly recommend it.

Kurztrip nach Karlsbad
Reviewed By wpaurDas Hotel gehört zum Bristol Palace in Karlsbad, hier befindet sich auch die Rezeption sowie Restaurant und Bar. Das Hotel verfügt über einen großen Pool und verschiedene Saunen und Wellnessangebote. Der Pool ist toll, den Rest haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß, sauber und traditionell eingerichtet. Alle Zimmer Fünfpfennigstücke über Terrassen mit einer tollen Aussicht. Der Check-In dauerte sehr lange, Grund war wohl eine neue IT. Der Pool öffnet erst ab 10 Uhr, früher wäre schöner. Montagvormittags ist der Pool geschlossen. Das Frühstück findet von 8 bis 10 Uhr statt, ab 9.30 Uhr wird aber nicht mehr nachgelegt. Sowieso ist die Auswahl sehr überschaubar und langweilig. Kaffee und O-Saft sind leider geschmacklos. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok, aber nicht uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Parken ist eine Sache für sich. Es gibt Parkplätze, aber nicht für jeden. Ob man diese vorab buchen kann, haben wir nicht rausgefunden.

Cozy interior, very good lunch

The interior was furnished like an old village room, it was very clean and cozy here. The food was excellent (I had broccoli soup and sirloin with bread dumplings), waitress was very kind and polite, service was quick and it wasn't expensive here at all. I enjoyed this lunch very much. Recommend.

Reviewed By Martina BČistota pokoje nic moc,úklid a výměna ručníků až po urgenci (pobyt 13 dní),koupelna by potřebovala rekonstrukci-sprchová hlavice pouze částečně funkční,závěsu se člověk bál dotknout (špinavý),chyběly poličky na toaletní potřeby. V ceně byla snídaně-3 druhy salámu,2 druhy sýrů,vařená vejce na tvrdo,máslo,jeden druh džemu,občas pár koleček salatové okurky,pečivo,chleba,káva nebo čaj.Při delším pobytu bych uvítala nějakou změnu,např.míchaná vejce,párky,jogurt,sladké pečivo... Penzion má restauraci,která je zavřená,takže není možnost dalšího stravování a občerstvení. Parkování ve dvoře,centrum cca 1200m.
