Low quality, high price
Reviewed By murdock12_13Sorry but I can't rank more than two, especially when looking at the relationship btw quality and price. It's a very sporty hotel, the apartments definitely need renovation or the price must be lowered to a 2 star standard. Be prepared to climb a lot of stairs. I struggeled two days to obrain some heating in the room, almost no english is spoken at the reception. No english at all is spoken at the restaurant: embarassing. Not bad the meals, but the restaurant is absolutely not sufficient to host all the hotel guests. Pool? Is that a hotel swimming pool? The positive aspect is a paragliding landing site just beside the hotel.

Reviewed By IreneLanTaiwanBest breakfast ever, everything is homemade! I love all the bread and pastry! All rooms are newly refurbished. There is a living room with board games and there are many travel info booklets about the neighborhood. They even have a website of info email to us after booking, very considerate. There is supermarket and petrol station nearby. Easy to travel with cars.

Outstanding boutique hotel
Reviewed By JMNZugAs a family, we had two rooms in this lovely boutique hotel. Each was unique, very well furnished and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms had spacious and luxurious bathrooms with rain showers. The rooms also have cute balconies overlooking the park. Very relaxing and calm environment. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast buffet was made with very good quality ingredients. The hotel is recent and in a very well renovated character building. Very highly recommend a visit here.

Lovely Chalet, great location
Reviewed By MilesBChesterWe stayed at Chalet l'Aiglon during February half term for a family skiing holiday. The welcome was warm, the room and bathrooms were clean and in good condition. The rooms are not large but sufficient in size. There was a lounge area with open fire and a great selection of books about the Mont Blanc area. Breakfast was nice with a selection of breads, croissants, cereals, yoghurts and jams to name a few. Nutella was also available which kept the children happy! Parking was plentiful and it was a 3 minute drive to the town or the local free bus stop was about 100m from the Chalet. The owner (Julien) was helpful for any questions we had. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing an evening meal (Oven, Hob & Microwave). Overall a nice Chalet close to the ski lift. I would happily stay there again.

Reviewed By Anne-Marie TNous nous sommes arrêté pour déjeuner et nous n'avons pas été déçus. L'aïoli est tout simplement sublime avec ses petits légumes croquants. La serveuse et la patronne sont très sympa. La salle de restaurant, bien que non climatisée est bien fraiche. A refaire. Je recommande.

Not the best choice.
Reviewed By gentatoskaI stayed there 4 nights. The staff is is friendly but they don't have room cleaning. Everything needs to be paid even if it is just to change towels and toilet paper. I think hygiene is the very basics of a hotel which was very annoying having to pay extra even for the most minimal things that should be included. The wifi was very good. The train is right beside the hotel and you can hear the annoying noise at day and night. Overall it was not that bad as a 3 star hotel, but i would not go there again.
