Great training for all levels of MMA or just getting fit. Coach's are all professional EX and current Fighters that train along side you. place was a bit wrecked after the storm at Christmas but it didn't stop training. Place was being repaired while I was there.

One of the best massages I’ve had! It’s an entire experience in itself — from the “welcome” drinks to you choosing the oil, the masseuse taking you to your room, (which is huge), the foot massage and (of course) the actual massage, and the ginger tea right after. It left me wanting more! We ended up recommending it to everyone on the trip.

First of all it’s not easy to find Brazilian waxing when you travel, and it’s especially hard to find a good one! ☝???? Nature wellness massage and spa provides bikini waxing, Brazilian waxing, full or half legs and more. I got really lazy on my vacation so I need Brazilian, full leg and armpit. I also threaded my face which is a super nice way to remove unwanted hair from around your eyebrows, upper lip and face. Very gentle on your skin, and you get no rashes like when you use wax on your face! ???? They are very thorough and they have good gentle wax! I have been waxing for over ten years, I also know that I have a bit difficult hair to remove and they did splendidly great! I am very satisfied! Big thanks to nature wellness, if I come through here again I will definitely come back! ????????????????♀️????

I have been to a lot massage place all over the world, but this is by far the best service I’ve ever gotten in a place. They have a variety of service to offer as hot stone, four hand, deep tissue, Swedish and bamboo massage and always take amazingly care of you. Everybody speaks well English and the guy at the front desk takes his time to explain you all the massages in detail. It starts with a nice feet bath with salt and you’ll be welcomed in a quiet room with some smooth music in the background. But the best for me is the price/value balance: For around 11-15$ you’ll get a 90min massage (15$ only for four hands, but totally worth it!). I can more than highly recommend to check it out, doesn’t matter if you’re looking for a relaxing massage or really want to get the tension out of your body.

Its my first time to visit Cheeva Spa,its the most wonderful spa here in cebu, the staff in front area are very friendly and accommodating the spa is like hotel ambiance very clean and classy, the massage service is very very relaxing my therapist is very polite and when shes doing the massage her hands has a magical power to get all my back pains...hehe my 2hrs service are worth it, honestly i will highly recommend cheeva spa to all of my friends, i will surely come back..????????????
