North Aurora Exclusive Baths open from 10pm to 1am with as many lights as possible turned off and some candlelight set in place while bathing to maximise the experience. There are two big hot tubs and a big swimming pool where the guests can float around in the water and watch the sky for its darkness, stars and northern lights. You can use great floating gear and high quality organic bathrobes.

Bjorboðin is a beer spa and a restaurant. We have 7 bathtubs made for two people each. When taking a beer bath, you bathe in a big tub filled with beer, water, hops and yeast. In our restaurant, we take up to 80 guests in seats. There we offer variety of meals and beer related food.

The moment I found out about this I added it to our trip itinerary. We were driving the entire ring road anyways, what's a little detour? We showed up early as is recommended, checked in, and where given our robes. We showered and went for the outdoor hot tubs and sauna which were a welcome break as our average daily temps were quite cold thus far in our trip. Once summoned my wife and I were taken to our room (clothing optional btw) where a spacious beer wort filled tub awaited with two glasses and a tap ready for the imbibing. After the relaxing soak we were guided upstairs to the relaxation station where we were laid down and swaddled in soft cloths while listening to soothing sounds in the background. I promptly passed out. After heading back downstairs and dressing we decided to have another pint from the bar which led to us having dinner there. The meal was amazing as was the service. I highly recommend trying the horse steak. It was amazing. Our hostess Urđur was so friendly and had great recommendations for our meal and for the rest of our trip.

We were recommended this place by one of the natives we met. It was a really unique experience that we would recommend to anyone. My husband loves to try new beer, and although I honestly do not like beer at all we both had a good time! I would definitely recommend taking the time before your beer bath to sit in the outside hot tubs with a beautiful view. After we sat there for a while and my husband tried one of the beers, we were taken into the bath. It was really warm in the room and did smell like beer, but it was really relaxing. My husband loved that you could get drinks from the tap next to the bath. The relaxation room after was nice too. We also went to the bar after and got a drink before leaving, and everyone we encountered was really nice and helpful.

The sea baths were so nice and relaxing, I really liked the view. The changing rooms were nice and clean. Personally I really liked that you could have drinks by your side while looking at the beautiful ocean. It was very expensive but worth it
