Apneista was hosting an 8-day freediving camp with some of the greatest professionals in the world. The crew smoothly pulled off an event with 20 instructors and 70 participants. Together with the joint business Blue Earth at the hill they have the most amazing venue to learn, train, dive, and then have some excellent time off with delicious meals and great company. And although you could virtually live there, the Apneista team cares about the local community, constantly encouraging to spread some love and visit other places.

I trully recommend to visit Ayu’s place and attend her yoga classes in Cepik Villa, Sidemen. Yes -in Sidemen such an inspiring greenery and local environment where you want to do your yoga and meditation and nourishing escape from Ubud’s busineses and shopping. I don’t exercise yoga but I came to Bali with some purpose and I decided to book an yin class with her. Ayu has an amazing personality and there is something special about her. She educated me about yin yoga and helped with positions, explained benefits and made sure I enjoy it and am not in pain and tailored the class to my needs. The whole environment is like a paradise and I loved the music! I could feel the difference right after the class felt so relaxed and energetic. I will definitely pick up yin yoga and work on it because of Ayu great lesson. When I come back to Bali I will for sure visit and sign up Ayu’s yoga classes in Sidemen! This is real Bali to me and I’m very happy I had a chance to get to know Ayu and her husband. I was blessed to spend time with them after yoga when they showed me around their organic garden and ate traditional Balinese fresh delicious lunch together. Strongly recommend to visit Cepik Villa very nice staff and Ayu is certified in different yoga classes which you can choose from. Thank you, Ayu, for such an incredible experience. ????
