I saw True Grace Foot Spa by chance as I was going out of the LA Fitness which I was going to join. I had been having pain in my left foot from an old sciatic injury. The gentleman told me to come back at one o'clock. I opted for the 30 minute foot reflexology and 30 minute back shiatsu. Linda is truly a gifted expert. My foot pain and my sciatic pain are better. I am sleeping better now that the pain is gone. I am starting exercise and training at the gym so anticipate that the pain may return. I will definitely return to have Linda as my masseuse. The hour combination is worth every penny for the relief it brought me.

I Love Kick Boxing In Boynton Beach is super conveniently located. I love all of the instructors! They are all amazing and all have high energy all the time! They’re always so positive and motivating. Corporate keeps the work outs intense, fun, and ever changing. I would highly recommend ILKB in Boynton! They offer so many incentives when you join, they always have some kind of challenges going on, a very flexible class schedule, and they have a clean facility!
