If you are seeking an authentic traditional holistic healing experience, I highly recommend the Ayurvedic Wellness Centre. The practitioners and staff are dedicated and highly professional, and the treatment rooms are first class. I have had amazing results after completing the 7 day detox program and taking the Ayurvedic herbal supplements prescribed. My rheumatoid arthritis has gone into complete remission and I am medication free. The results are well worth the money spent. I am continuing to follow the holistic approach to wellbeing, building on the good advice provided by Dr Rajeesh.

This morning I rang Spring Retreat to see if they could fit in my boyfriend and myself for a massage. They fitted us in and we’re very polite in the phone. When we arrived, the ambience was relaxing and they had tea warm in the pot, ready to drink. We didn’t have to wait long before the massage therapists called us into our respective rooms which were nice and spacious. I had a hot stone massage for 60 minutes and it was so nice! I would highly recommend this massage centre to anyone!

I had booked a 90 minute combo package of 60 minutes aromo oil body massage and 30 minutes foot massage. For a start, I loved the choice of massage options and packages available and found it good value for money. The massage was outstandingly good, with Nu checking in if pressure points were good, if it was painful or not and she gave a lot of attention to the tension areas in my upper back and neck - I felt very relaxed, stretched and good at the end. Highly recommended.
