While visiting friends on a mini vacation get away in route to our final destination we stayed two nights in the Gardendale area. After searching the internet for the perfect day spa to treat myself...I called and booked an appointment for a deep tissue massage and facial. Upon arrival for a 10am appointment I was greeted by all of the ladies that were meeting over new rules and restrictions that had just been put in place the night before. They were all trying to get in sync and working together in order to make their salon and appointments run smoothly. I was advised of the situation as well as the new rules and regulations that were to be followed. While new processes and changes can come quickly and can be stressful these ladies managed well and never once lost their friendly customer service nor their professionalism which I was completely impressed with. My massage was wonderful and one of the best I have ever had and that is being said by someone that has them monthly. The facial was fantastic and very thorough. The products used are all natural and I left with a new facial oil in hand that I am in love with. Location was fabulous as I took the time to visit a few places and enjoyed walking around the area. I defintely would recommend to any friends and will certainly patronage this spa again any time should I be in the area.
