Yesterday I spent the day with an “old” friend celebrating our birthdays in style! Massages, body scrub, facial, steam room, whirlpool, lap pool, lobster BLT!!! I could get used to this! One of the best decisions I made during my spa visit yesterday was choosing the EGYPTIAN MILK AND HONEY COCOON FLOAT body treatment. This is the description, which doesn't do it justice! "Pamper yourself like the famous Egyptian Queen. This deep moisturizing treatment guarantees velvety smooth skin and a new level of relaxation. Skin is rehydrated with a sugar scrub. High-quality oils and goat milk-based moisturizing creme cover the body from head to toe as you float weightlessly cocooned in the warmth of our Soft Pack table." This was like a water bed BUT after you got tucked in under sheets & blankets, the supports underneath are lowered and you are "floating" (as they described) in the warmth (actually it was closer to heat) of the water bed. Your head, neck, spine, legs, muscles, etc are all so relaxed that even just 15 minutes made me feel like a new person! It was Much needed and I would high recommend it to anyone who is looking for a different kind of spa treatment. I do wish they still had mani/pedis. Other than that, a very nice day.

Very friendly counter staff both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (both the clerk who checked my Diamond card and put a band on my wrist, and the young man who rolled towels and passed them out went out of their way to just make the day feel right. Good staff, Ballys. Really good staff. The pool was noisy and full of children on Christmas break. I bypassed all that and headed up the little rock garden oasis where the hottubs are. I had a tub to myself for most of the time, the jets were strong and therapeutic for all the shoveling recently and then all the recent driving. I was grateful for the jets, grateful for the bright, sunny, warm for December day. It really was a Merry Christmas. Thank you!

We started our spa day by using the co-ed pool, jacuzzi and zen lounge. It was a great way to start the day! We had a couples fusion massage. Very relaxing. I had the citrus scent and my husband chose the sandelwood scent. We enjoyed tea in the zen lounge when we were finished with our massages.

I had a cut and color done by Michael Boychuck. He was amazing!! I told him to do whatever he thought was best for my skin tone and face shape and he nailed it! He was very personable, professional and educated me on what he was using and what he was doing so I can maintain upkeep. Hands down the best place Iv ever been. The staff was truly happy and excited that I chose to come to them. Next time I am in Las Vegas I will definitely be a repeat customer!
