Gruyeres is a small town located not too far from Montreux - an easy day trip. Our tour started with a castle tour and the grounds which have been somewhat modernized, but still very beautiful. We also enjoyed a fondue lunch at a local restaurant. The train ride back to Montreux was very scenic.

People working there are nice but this doesnt mean (unfortunately) tours are good, organisation should be improved. Annecy was a beautiful place but you Can hardly hear the record they play during the tour with historic detaills and once in the city you are alone and free to explore on your own. I was supposed to go on a city tour as well which was cancelled and I got to know this once I was there ready to start... They found a place for me in a cheaper tour... Refunding me the difference and the driver forgot to pick me up to do the third part... Luckily I have a swiss phone so I could call the agency. Also would say they cant speak good English so it makes communication difficult.

Enjoy a snowshoe trek above the traditional and delightful town of Megeve which is located at the foot of Mont Joly. The chamois is one of the emblematic animals of the Alps with its silhouette similar to that of a goat, its slender neck and its bi-colored head, the chamois is one of the region's animal stars. Don't worry, you won't take the same paths as the Alpine acrobat but thanks to your Experience Mont Blanc guide you will observe the chamois in its natural habitat and learn all about its characteristics and way of life. With a bit of luck the chamois will come to join you during your meal ! *Reminder the mountains and nature is not a zoo, we cannot guarantee a 100% that our furry friends will be out and about but our guide knows the best spots of anything is possible.
