10 Sights & Landmarks in Ibiza That You Shouldn't Miss

October 25, 2021 Jana Sager

Ibiza: Old Spanish for "party 'til you drop." Perhaps not literally, but this is definitely one of Europe's favorite nightlife playgrounds. Ibiza boasts more than 100 miles of coastline with some 50 beaches, plus plenty of restaurants, bars, and water sports—and clubs, of course. Fit in a little culture and visit Ibiza's UNESCO-designated old town.

AKA “the solar clock” / “the monoliths” / Ibiza's Stonehenge. Funded by the creator of Cirque de Soleil Guy Laliberté and created by Andrew Rogers in 2014. It's stunning and so appropriate for the area, as it points towards the mysterious' Es Vedra. It is clearly Stonehenge inspired and the tallest column is 22ft high! It's magnificent and can be found at Cala Llentia

Dalt Vila

Dalt Villa was really the main point on our list to visit when we arrived in April, due to it being low season and not expecting too much to be open. Parking was extremely difficult so I can't imagine what it would be like when the town is really busy in the summer. We ended up driving out of town with a 10.minute walk back. Even that was difficult to find a space. The old town is full of atmosphere, lots of little alleyways with cobbled streets, tiny shops, cafes and restaurants situated in the plazas. The weather was superb which made it even more pleasant to walk around and up to the Castle overlooking the harbour and the coastline. Definitely a must to see as a visitor.

If you love the Classic side of Ibiza then this is the place to go, we loved the little boutique shops there if your looking for clothing or lovely gifts or something for your home you'l find it there! There are great food place as well are high budget, but most are good priced. It not the biggest place, but it loved and looked after and lots of locals how love their village. Worth to go for a couple hours to relax and enjoy!
