10 Shopping Malls in Dublin That You Shouldn't Miss

October 24, 2021 Chanda Heide

You've probably heard that Guinness tastes better in Dublin (fresh from the factory), but what you may not know is that Dublin is a perfect destination for the whole family. No, we're not suggesting you let the kiddies drink a pint. Instead, take them to the Dublin Zoo, to feed the ducks in Stephen's Green or on a picnic in Phoenix Park. Scholars enjoy walking in the literary footsteps of such writers as Yeats and Joyce, while discerning shoppers have their pick of designer boutiques.

This arcade is historic in that it was built in the 19th Century and hailed as Europe’s first shopping centre !!! On this score alone it is worth a visit ! It has much to offer in terms of merchandise which ranges from food to antiques to clothes and knick knacks appealing to all tastes. My favourite shop there is a shop called “Unique Crafts and Designs.” This shop sells colourful hand painted items designed by various artists and craftsmen. It’s captivating just to browse around admiring all the works of art. Just beware - the tendency to buy is strong ! Pay this arcade a visit if you have not been there.

I like this shopping centre. I'm currently living 15 min walk from it and almost whatever I need, I can find it there. There's places to eat, places to drink, buy groceries, house necessities, clothes, books, etc. And there's also a LIDL there, and a cinema... Nice compilation ????
