Its owner, Océane Harati, has made a unique site for contemporary art in the Senegalese capital. Opened in November 2018, it has already hosted numerous exhibitions, artists and various unique events on the territory. The address, long kept confidential, is revealed with an appointment, offering each visitor the opportunity to spend a special moment in the gallery, and a customized experience. In addition to contributing to the promotion of African contemporary art in Senegal, OH GALLERY works to the international distribution of its artists, allowing them access to fairs and cultural events outside West Africa. Much more than a gallery role, Océane Harati strives to extend her agent work with her artists, establishing stronger links with international galleries and partners.

Located in Saly in Senegal, discover the Sankara Art Gallery on the cart track, you will find a large collection of African mask and bronze mask, Moctar the person in charge of the places will give you all explanations on each object and its ethnicity.

Set up in 1972, this gallery is a "MUST" while visiting Africa. It is dedicated to African tribal art. On 4305 Ft2 are displayed the late Marthe Everlé and Claude Everlé Collections dated from 1963 : wooden masks, figures,stools & beds from West & Central Africa, Benin & Dogon bronzes, Terracottas... We exhibit artists from the Dakar School of paintings and sell 18th Century glass beads' necklaces.
