10 Shopping in El Born / La Ribera That You Shouldn't Miss

January 1, 2022 Hana Mouser

Barcelona feels a bit surreal – appropriate, since Salvador Dali spent time here and Spanish Catalan architect Antoni Gaudí designed several of the city’s buildings. Stepping into Gaudí’s Church of the Sacred Family is a bit like falling through the looking glass - a journey that you can continue with a visit to Park Güell. Sip sangria at a sidewalk café in Las Ramblas while watching flamboyant street performers, then create your own moveable feast by floating from tapas bar to tapas bar.

MyFriend did a lot of research on what we should visit Barcelona in January. Since we love seeing all types of stores she said this was the oldest one in Barcelona so we should include it on our visit. The people in the store were absolutely lovely you can try all types of dried nuts and smell the coffee. It’s about time that I opened up my coffee and remember all the fun I had in Barcelona before the virus.
