Open them, and you’ll see the rustic-chic indulgence of The Narayana Palace by Salvus set on 5 acres with Rich woods and rock stones. Back when this hotel opened in 2006, there were few places in the Rishikesh to rival it. These days, neighboring lights are aplenty, but this pristine paradise still feels wild enough to instill excitement. There’s guided walk to the white sand beach. Yoga classes, Swimming pool, garden, activities for kids, arrangement for rafting, other adventure activities, and treatments in the spa (touch of Ayurveda). No wonder everybody here is beaming. One of the first luxury–but–laid-back hotels to open in Rishikesh.

Reviewed By richieprajapaThe Narayan palace hotel is not good to stay as rooms, bathrooms. They have good exterior property but it’s not acceptable in premises . Food was good but staff was not trained. Room services are very slow. So not applicable to stay.

We booked the whole resort for ourself for a day and were denied food and snacks . The property manager lacks decency and doesn't know anything about hospitality. I urge all the people looking at reviews of this property that please don't fall for fake reviews on Google like we did .This resort is really pathetic and waste of money . The owner / manager is like a local goon luring people with false commitments . They have only handful of staff to cater to everything

Worst experience of my life at Pacific Inn 360 Degree Resort

We had visited Pacific Inn resort in Rishikesh from Gurgaon on 14th May 22 and stayed there for 2 days till 16th May 22 to relax and unwind. But things happened quite the opposite there. We were in fact stressed and frustrated with the dealings of the staff at pacific inn . The staff management is so poor and inefficient. We used to order for the food which used to come late u an hour or two and on top of that with something or the other missing. My child fell sick and we asked the guy at the reception named Sagar for help with the medicine. He kept us waiting the whole day and was himself relaxing and unwinding in the river with his team with no one to respond at the reception for hours. In the even ending he refunded our money saying there is no one to get medicine. Room cleaning used to take hours after constant follow up. Horrible services, inefficient staff. Please peeps don’t waste your money here. We felt relaxed after coming back in fact. Shame on you pacific inn for looting people and having such improper ethics.

Reviewed By Travellingsj456The room was very dirty, not broomed not dusted and stinky. The furniture in the verandah was covered with cobwebs (attaching pictures.zoom to see) The staff was unresponsive and very laid back when it came to cleaning. Terrible place to stay at really.

Reviewed By nbdolphinHave stayed in plenty of Eco Resorts all over India but this was indeed the worst experience. Firstly the approach to the resort is horrible, you have to leave your vehicle on the roadside parking and thn walk down through backside of other resorts crossing drains and leaking tanks and meet resort staff bathing on the way. Very difficult if you have old people with you. In the name of rooms you have Tiny cottages with two double beds stashed inside and one bedside box in the whole room. No place to even put up your luggage, no shelf anything. The crampy room is filled with iron beds with sharp edges and that also which you bang your legs into everytime you try to move and very dangerous for kids. The bathroom doesn’t have even a shelf for soap/shampoo and you have to keep it on the toilet seat to bath else no options. In the name of toiletries there was a water diluted liquid soap, a piece of medimix and nothing else. They serve you fixed food menu in canteen style steel plates (no menu/ no rate chart) and water for drinking is from the garden water pipe- no RO no Filter. Evening they put up lariyan lights all in the lawn in full glare which spoils the whole ambience of the evening. Only good thing about the place is that you are on the banks of the stream n gives a very nice view. Total No No if you are looking for a place there. Plenty of better options around. Total wastage of money and mood. Don’t go

The only riverside camp and resort situated right next to the holy river Ganga and also has a private access to the beach connected with the property. White Water River Rafting in Rishikesh is probably the perfect family - friendly rafting trip, just the right amount of white water, the perfect helping of floating, swimming and playing. Not uncommon to see people relaxing and having sunbath as there is a white sand beach at VNA Beach Resort and Camp, Rishikesh.

Reviewed By akshays349Worst possible staff running this place, I would have still given a better review just because of the location, but the staff ruined it all together, it became a stressful time just to be there listening to these uncourtious and totally non hospitable staff. I don't suggest anyone to waste your money and time here, look for some other place, this place is filled with argumentative staff, uncomfortable rooms/bed, below average food. We were 10 of us staying there all couples coming back from kedarnath & badrinath hoping to relax and enjoy this place but nothing like that happened.i usually don't write reviews but had to put this out because they really messed it up, special mention to manoj who was shouting, abusing, and talking in the most unruly manner ever. They are a gang working there please be aware if you still manage to book this place.

Located near a number of adventure activity booking spots, Yamkeshwar Mahadev Resort is an amazing stay in Rishikesh. The rooms are very fancy with delightful wall arts adorning the well-lit space. The interiors are quite sophisticated with choice furnishings adding to the whole oomph. There is a lot of space to unwind and enjoy the magic of nature within the periphery of this amazing hotel. It also has an in-house restaurant and is within driving distance from the railway station.

Reviewed By Nitin NMountain view, tidy rooms and bathrooms, hygienic food, friendly staff, lift facility, nice environment, have trekking places nearby. The best thing is this hotel has lift facility which is much helpfull for carrying luggage and helful for guest also, specially senior citizens.
