I have been living and working in Southern Vietnam for 10 years and I love this country very much. On our first time to visit the North, we decided to travel to Ha Giang, Ban Gioc Waterfall, and Ba Be Lake. We chose Conical Travel according to one of our friends who did the trip with them. The six-day trip amazed and impressed us with the beauty of the natural landscape in the moutainous areas. Each of the destinations we visited has its own mesmerizing features and we had chance to interact with the local people. Our kids had great lessons about how the people in these regions survive without the modernization. In short, the trip was very very very excellent. I had a really great & fun time on this tour. I went on my own and while waiting for the bus to arrive to start our journey a couple of young Vietnamese girls took me under their wing by talking to me and kept it up all the way thru the tour. They were very friendly and delightful. Also Luong (Louis) was a lot of fun too. He was very friendly, professional. ejoyed a good joke or two and always made sure that I was fine and enjoying myself and all the activities that I did with the other tour members.

This is the best trip I have ever been on! It was my first time in Vietnam and couldn't have had a better experience. Sam was my group leader and is an absolute legend! The activities were incredible, the sights in Ha Long Bay, the Cu Chi Tunnels and the crazy nights out- every moment was just brilliant! Hoi An was definitely a highlight and despite corona, Intro kept a packed schedule and I couldn't recommend this trip enough! I will 100% be coming back to travel with Intro again! :)

AMAZING TRIP, AMAZING PEOPLE From the moment I arrived in Bangkok everything was perfect! I was met at the airport by my group leader, who was friendly and put me at ease straight away. Nothing was too much thought out the trip and he was always checking in on everyone to ensure they where ok and if he could do anything to make their trip even better. The accommodation through out the whole tour was really good! My fav of all was Khao Sok national park, you literally wake up on floating bungalows to the most amazing views ever! The best thing about this trip was there was no hidden extras! All the activities where included and we got more meals than I expected included too. The private speedboat trip in Koh Phi Phi was the highlight for me! Thank you Intro Travel and Jay for such an amazing experience and I can’t wait to do Bali next year with you!

Tony, Nhung, and staff are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. Definitely helpful to contact them for Hanoi travel however best via WhatsApp than email for immediate response. Tony presents practical tour options and packages. He is also hands-on and provides a differentiating personal touch! Specific to tours booked with Hanoi Capital Travel, my family and I enjoyed the Ninh Binh day tour. Specifically, the tour guide assigned to our group, Key, was warm, friendly and helpful, and made the experience pleasant and productive. It will be helpful to have more information on the itinerary however for deeper cultural context (e.g., key landmarks in chosen boat route in Trang An). The included lunch was decent with variety of dishes however noted carbs heavy and only allotted 45 mins thus rushed. The 15-minute breaks to and from Hanoi and the countryside were practical. The primary highlight of the excursion was the soothing landscape and boat ride in Trang An that made us appreciate Vietnam’s very rich natural and cultural resources. I am sure there is much more to appreciate in Vietnam and keen to reconnect with Tony and Hanoi Capital Travel again in the future. I recommend Tony/Hanoi Capital Travel!
