Privolnian Bridgehead

Privolnian Bridgehead is unusual place created for those who remember and honor the memory of the fallen soldiers of the World War II. A place about which few people know, but the scale of his majesty is large. Historians call this area the second Stalingrad. Now it is called "Privolnian Bridgehead". The city of Privolne is located on the right bank of the Seversky Donets River, 15 kilometers northwest of Lysychansk (Luhansk Region). The monument was built at the foot of the Heap of the Artem mine. Locals call it "Mount Artem" where climbing the mountain, you can see the cut land from the remains of trenches, dugouts, shell bursts and mines. Here is a unique panorama of the memorial, which from the satellite reminds us of the Order of the Star, and the play of colors of landscapes around the monument.
