Tour guide was friendly, helpful, respected our privacy yet open to engage and hear our questions. Did not pressure us to finish sightseeing any site fast. Every area we went to was good, there were no places that we went to that tried to hard-sell us a service or product. Tour guide also brought us to really good food places, and even recommended us to other places for good food or for future exploration and sight-seeing. All in all a very enjoyable and pleasant experience! Definitely recommend this!

We would already like to thank Lucas our Guide/Driver: very punctual, professional, attentive to our expectations. His advice is judicious and I recommend the restaurants he proposes: very good and local prices. His English is perfect, always smiling and respectful of the intimacy of the family. Concerning the tour, we had only 2 days on Jeju. It's really the best way to visit the island. Lucas adapted the tour to meet our expectations. We didn't want to visit museum. Sunset included, it would have taken a third day to do the sunrise @ Seongsan Ilchulbong. The car was confortable and the driver wore his mask for our health the whole time.

I actually visited Korea in September of 2019 but the system would only allow me to select as far back as Dec. Justin was practically perfect. The weather was touch and go during the week (thanks Typhoon LingLing), but he was extremely flexible the entire way through. He let me dictate the locations, the poses, the time, and everything in between. This was a solo trip and a birthday photoshoot I was planning. Justin made absolutely sure that I looked amazing for my big day. The edits had a surprisingly fast turnaround with stunning work as well. I’m African American and sometimes photographers don’t consider my complexion when taking photos in the bright light. Justin didn’t have that problem at all and didn’t try to “brighten” my skin when taking or editing the photos. I would highly recommend him and would have him take my photos again without a second thought. He was also a pleasure to be with and a positive companion for the last days of my trip.

I booked a tour with this company about 3 days before the trip. I received an email confirmation, but it seemed to come automatically after I made the payment, so I tried to contact them to confirm. I received no answer, although I contacted them every day by chat, email and phone. I decided to still go to the meeting point at the airport. I was there 15 minutes earlier, and waited for more than half an hour. Nobody showed up for pick up. I asked a person in charge at the parking lot, and he never heard of them. What is worse, my card was charged for the trip.
