Truro /ˈtrɜːroʊ/ is a town in Barnstable County, Massachusetts, United States, comprising two villages: Truro and North Truro. Reelezee Sport Fishing Charters

We are a family friendly Sport Fishing Charter service. We specialize in helping novice to mid level anglers and families enjoy a memorable day on the water. Older folks appreciate the fully enclosed Salon and young families welcome the below deck private bathroom. We have an excellent, experienced full time mate who is a High School teacher in the “off” season. He gets along easily with young children and young adults. We offer lobstering and private whale watches as part of a combination fishing charter. We depart daily from the scenic Pamet Harbor in Truro or Provincetown Harbor. We have one boat, The Nauset, and Joe Francis, with over 40 years of experience, will captain every charter that is booked. We are not a booking agent for other captains. Let us help you make your vacation to the outer Cape a memory that will last a lifetime.

I felt like I died and went to heaven! Miles of beach in either direction. The Atlantic Ocean stretching endlessly in front of you. A surreal, cerulean, blue sky above. Few other people here during our April trip. The water was cold but you could dip your toes in. I walked 2 miles in both directions from the parking lot. No seals but what I did encounter was a beautiful landscape that felt otherworldly. Nirvana! Supreme bliss! Don't tell anyone else about this gem!

The family house is within a mile of this beach so we love that it is close. There is less fear of the sharks to swim here so we can relax a bit more. We like to clam here and my boys liked to fish. a great, kid friendly beach due to the gentle waves.

Head of the Meadow Beach

Reviewed By 46oceangirl - Westford, United States

We came here last weekend, twice. It was a heat wave weekend, 4 day sof 90 degree's. All the national seashore beaches Marconi, Coastguard, Nauset Light, by 9am the lots were full We headed to Head of the meadow on recommendation from friends who are locals in the summer time. Because there was now lifeguards to the left parking lot, it was free! Big lot, bathrooms, and steep hill incline to get to the beach. Has to be one of my favorite places. Pristines sand, no rocks, plenty of room to social distance. Carry in and carry out. There were whales and seals from the shore, so cool to see a whale breach as your looking at the ocean. The waves were really good on Saturday, quieter on Sunday, a few tide pools when the tide is out. There is a resident lot which is big and i honestly don't think someone without a sticker can park there. Get there no later than 11am or it will be full. Best beach and a bit of a drive but so worth it!

Went with family and friends Even with the Covid we kept our distance. Unlike longhook there is easy access to the beach. Water is cold early in July but we did dip. My daughter and boyfriend - who stayed later than we did - saw a whale breaching off shore. Seals are a regular sight but thank goodness no sharks - Enjoyable day

Beautiful Beach - Like others said there is a dune that you need to walk down (and up!) We rented in Truro so we qualified for a beach pass. (June through Labor Day). We were curious about trying out a nude beach, so we pre-planned to visit this one before our weekly guests at our cottage showed up. Reading the other reviews here, we strolled about 10 minutes to the right and unpacked . We were the 1st ones there (9:30 am) so we were unsure if were we ok, but set a blanket out and disrobed. It was fun. We got a little nervous as people came near us , but the second couple that came set up about 20 yards from us and started to take their clothes off too. We got comfortable and did go to the water a few times.2 issues on the day we went 1st it was windy and the sand kept blowing. 2nd was the people going for a "walk" on the beach sneaking a peek. Overall we will go back maybe in Sept if not next year - Came back during the week to see the sunset and seals with family and friends

Very friendly staff , Jason in the pro shop was awesome. Not sure what other people are talking about . I’ve Ben playing golf for 45 yrs and their staff was very professional and welcoming. Course is cool , links style and you have to play it that way . A true gem on the edge of Nat sea shore . I never walk but when I play here I put 1/2 my clubs in a Sunday bag so I can really enjoy the views . Leave driver at home ! It’s way more important to be in the fairways . Thanks again guys , will see ya next year Dave from ct
