Was looking for a place for a late night cocktail and fell into Bar Chloe and I am happy I did. First, Bill the bartender is great. Perfect combination of mixologist and conversationalist. Everything you'd want in a tender. Second, all the necessary ingredients for some classic cocktails. Third, dimly lit as any good cocktail joint should be. As to the drinks, the "up" drinks come in coupe glasses (as they should) and made to perfection. Little hard to spot as its just a single door sandwiched between a hotel and office space. Looking forward to my next visit.
