We had a great evening learning about local Greek wines with Konstantinos. Athens Wine Tasting experience includes 5 wines, a basket of bread and breadsticks, and an optional cheese and cold cut platter. A small join-in group, our session had 5 people in attendance (due to covid-19 limitations), which gave it a cool party feel. Konstantinos is a great tutor and teaches about how wine is grown and made, the differences between the wines, the wine culture in Greece and how to taste wines. The session is focused on Greek local wines, so he explores the different Greek regions and how their climate, soil, traditions and terroir overall affect the wines they produce. He responded on all of our questions throughout, helping us understand the finer points. The wine matrix is engaging and informative Overall it was a great experience and well worth our time and money. We ended up buying a few bottles of the wine we tasted to take home. We highly recommend it

As strange as it may sound, Molecular applications of simple form in cuisine have been used for years now. How do some "powders" of water inflate into the oven and become bread or others become jelly? This was analyzed by food technologists who researched, found and categorized more natural materials which can give similar results in their final form, thus further enhancing the flavor. Molecular concepts are not just chemistry but also... imagination!
