1. The garden has a fantastic slope where kids can run & roll. 2. Like every other garden it has an outside exercise equipment. 3. The garden has a huge play area with good slides, swing, etc. 4. The play area is full of sand where your kid can enjoy making sand castle. 5. It has a huge play area where you can run around or find a corner for yourself. 6. For elders there is a walking track & also benches spread across to relax. All this in the heart of the city. They charge 10 rupees for elders & 5 rupees for kids up to 12 years,vi will say each penny is worth the buck. Hat's of to PCMC for making such a wonderful garden & also maintaining it well. You have sufficient parking outside but have noticed weekends gets challenging for 4 wheelers if you are not early to the park in the evening.

Okayama Friendship garden is really best n beautiful garden I had ever seen.This garden is located on Sighgad road,Pune. This garden is actually constructed like one Japanese garden. Staff is strict and hard working. Place is very crowded in weekeneds. They had maintained this garden very well. Their is Entry fees to visit but very reasonable. Also they take parking charges but safe proper place to park our vehicle.

It was amazing view from the top a wide mountains and view is beyond imagination, I went with my friends during weekend. we enjoyed a lot and according to me a must visit place if you are looking for some fun and adventure trip.

Western ghats in and around Pune are simply awesome. It gives a feeling of being close to Mother Nature. The views of mountains ranges in the ghats and the horizon is very nice. The forested areas on the mountains , the greenery around are best views to enjoy in a city like Pune. A drive through the roads on the ghats is adventurous and breath taking.

Travelled from Pune, it takes 3 hours to reach the place. Distance is 100 kms and there is a toll also. Nice and peaceful place. There is paid parking available here. Food is also provided . To reach the temple need to climb steps and there is entrance ticket of 25 rs. Beware of the monkey en-route to the temple. Vignahar ashta vinayak is 15 kms from here, visited that as zell

Great place for a one day outing family and friends. Also a great place for one night camping. Many agencies arrange a tent like stay in winters. It is easily reachable from Pune by private vehicle. Good road, highly crowded, popular place. Best place to visit is winter and early monsoon...however as the rains start it gets so crowded that it becomes a big headache driving here in a car. Driving bikes here is easier.

One of the Best place to visit as it is surrounded by Greenaries and hills and most important is that it is one of 12 Jyotirlinga..., It is almost 2.5-3 hours journey from Pune. Once you take a left from Rajgurunagar it will be around 65KM away. Please make sure that you should not plan to visit the place in evening as there will be no good hotel in this 65KM road. At Bhimashankar also there is only 2-3 resort out of which MTDC resort is famous, however it is require to make reservation earlier. we went there in Monsoon season when the beauty of the place is at its peak. I think it is the only Jyotirling where you can touch the lord shiva linga by paying for various Puja starting from Rs.501/-. Grab this opportunity for sure:) .

Taljai is one of the best location for jogging .... Taljai offers breath taking view of Pune CIty .. Parvati tekadi ( Hill ) is exactly opp .. Good place for meditation as well its very well planned and clean .. Temple of Taljai Devi is some few meters away from Cricket ground .. Some tea stalls and health drink stalls for energizing are also avaiable from early morning .. fresh vegetables available from nearby loacalites .. lot of parking space
