Usually opened form april to october. 2020 due to Covid emergency the Park is open from 6th June to 25th October ONLY ON FRIDAY SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. The garden was recommended by a guide book and it did not disappoint. It is quite simply the most beautiful view on Florence. Definitely worth the climb. I was able to get some fresh air despite the heat. Do not miss this hidden gem!

Although its a bit of a hike to get here but it is definitely beautiful and so worth the travel. This lovely rose garden with more than 350 variety of roses and contemporary sculptures is a perfect little stop on our way to Piazzale Michelangelo. There are lots of benches to take a seat but we actually grabbed a bottle of wine and some snacks and sat in between the rose bushes to watch the sunset. Totally romantic and definitely beautiful.
