My wife and I recently visited this beautiful community park for the first time. We enjoyed walking the paved trail that runs throughout the park. (Dog friendly must be on a leash). We especially liked the part of the trail that winds through the woods and by the dog park. There were picnic tables near by where we enjoyed a peaceful relaxing lunch. Other park features include: 1-Six outdoor basketball courts 2-Multiple tennis courts 3-Multiple paved trails 4-Recreation Center 5-Skate park 6-Dog park/Separate areas for big & small dogs 7-Two kid’s playgrounds 8-Four baseball/softball fields 9-Five soccer fields; One Lacrosse field 10-Five picnic pavilions ***Restrooms, picnic tables, kid’s playgrounds, & concession stands are all close to the fields. It was a sunny day and we spent the entire afternoon at the park. Located at 4110 Carolene Way. This park is safe, clean and well maintained. Opens daily at 7am. Tons of parking in multiple lots.

We have hiked here and the visited the visitor center. The kids took a course this fall here - tree climbing and zip lining - and it was a great value and the kids had a blast. The oak trees here were amazing for them to climb. The ladies in the visitor center will answer questions and give recommendations and maps based on what you are looking to do. Everyone is very nice and the facilities are clean.

I come here whenever I can. Between the greenway in Forsyth county and the greenway in Alpharetta, I make a 40+ mile loop. It's easy to connect the two greenways via bike lanes on Windward; sidewalks everywhere else. Eventually the two greenways will be connected.

My wife and I recently visited this large community park for the first time. We enjoyed walking the 1.1 mile paved trail that runs throughout the park. (Dog friendly must be on a leash). For those who need them, benches are strategically placed along the trail where you can sit and rest. After finishing our exercise we cooled down while having a snack at one of the nearby picnic tables. (Restroom facilities are close by). It was a nice day and we spent a couple hours at the park. Located at 2300 Keith Bridge road the park opens daily at 7am. Well maintained and also very safe since the Sheriff’s Department’s North Precinct is located here. Plenty of parking . Other park features include: 1-Four adult softball fields 2-Two soccer fields 3-Eight tennis courts 4-Five Youth baseball/softball fields with batting cages 5-Multiple Restrooms & Concession stands 6-Kid’s playgrounds 7-One Turf Football/Lacrosse field 8-Recreational center 9-Three picnic pavilions 10-Disc golf course

beautiful park with walking trail, boat /kayak launch area, picnic area, beach etc. I wish it had a kayak rental place, and lake lanier bans or motor vehicles (motor boats, jet skis etc) in the lake to preserve environment and noise reduction. Only kayaks and manual boats should be allowed.
