We have been visiting Nepal with a group. Already on arrival in Kathmandu, we had the pleasure of meeting Ramchandra (Ram) from Create Himalaya Adventure, who throughout the visit ensured that everything went smoothly. Airport pickup, hotel accommodation, Pokhera transportation, a fantastic 8 days hiking-trip in Annapurna area (Khopra Ridge Trekking) - a beautiful trip we never will forget, transport back to Kathmandu and finally a tour of Kathmandu. Ram and his team are very competent, good at communicating and fun and nice to hang out with. Ram also manages to make a group work fine together. So that a trip becomes a pleasure for everyone, despite differences in the participants' physical abilities. One of the participants had physical problems and was unable to complete the tour. Ram secured a safe transport back to Pokhara for her. Everyone can be safe under his leadership. We became good friends with Ram during our visit, and will definitely use him as a guide for our next visit to Nepal. We would very much recommend Ram and Create Himalaya Adventure to others.

Our first trekking experience to Nepal, so we were dependent on a good agency to help us navigate the many issues of travel to/from Nepal, accommodations in Kathmandu before/after trekking, trekking routes, TeaHouses on the trail, Guides & Porters, etc. Mosaic Adventure did not disappoint! Right out of the gate, Mosaic Adventure was there to steer us towards the most appropriate trek for us. Madhav (owner) was absolutely fantastic to work with, guiding us every step of the way. We booked the Everest Panoramic Luxury Trek and it was perfect for us. Incredible views of Mt Everest along a challenging 8 day trek, stopping each night at clean, comfortable Tea Houses in some classic Himalayan villages. A combination of extreme weather and an over-challenging trail forced us to alter our course on the fly, but Mosaic Adventure was there to seamlessly handle the details of the running change. Our Guide, Prov, was incredible and indispensable. I can’t imagine this trek without him being our interpreter, our trail Guide, at times, our waiter, our companion, and much, much more. Nat-Geo hired him to take their photographer to EBC, so we knew we were in good hands. Prov was sure to have us ready everyday for each leg of the trek in terms of appropriate gear, mental preparedness, food and water. He also made sure we were safe and as comfortable as possible on what turned out to be some very challenging trails. Getting in and out of a third-world communist country presents challenges even on the best of days, but it becomes exponentially more difficult to do so during a pandemic. Mosaic Adventure and Madhav helped us churn through the endless red tape, making it all happen in a timely fashion. I can’t stress enough how important it was to have Madhav walk us through all the required steps, even making calls to magically clear roadblocks for us. It could easily have become a nightmare if we had opted for a lessor agency. The resort hotels Mosaic Adventure lined up for us to stay at before and after the trek were phenomenal. Transportation was always ready and waiting for us. Extra touches, like a city tour of Kathmandu were nice benefits provided by Madhav. All and all, a fantastic experience that we will remember for a lifetime. I would strongly suggest that anyone planning a trip to Nepal should use Mosaic Adventure…. Tell Madhav and Prov I say Namaste.
