Reviewed By Kennewickscottif the rooms were a bit larger, it would be every bit a hotel the stature of a Marriott or Hilton or Westin. It was a throwback to nice hotels in the 60-70's. 40 year old hotel, but, has been updated and upgraded, I'm sure. Staff was very attentive. Rooms, halls, lobby were immaculate. Breakfast was great. So many options to choose. The owner/manager was in the breakfast room every morning and was solicitous. She didn't speak a lot of English, but, we spoke Portuguese and Spanish for the most part. We could tell she and her staff took great pride in their work. Great price value. We'd stay again with no problem.

Reviewed By Gustavo PVery nice breakfast, clean and tidy place. Nice personnel and staff. Very close to city centre and also close to roads that lead in and out of town. Getting back to the breakfast issue, it's really good! A lot of juices, fruits, some nice desserts and a fried "pastel" are a nice treat! I'd only point out that the mattress is a little too soft. It's my sole complain and most people traveling with me didn't have a problem with that.

Reviewed By andersoncoolSimple, clean and honest. Excellent crew attention. Prices low. Very good Breakfast. No air-conditioning, hot or cold. Good location. Shower not that hot in winter. No smoking allowed inside all facilities. Easy taxi stop point close to hotel. Perhaps for little time stay (1-4)days.

Reviewed By travelingaussie0What a stunning property! Lovely place to relax, appreciate the gardens and terraces, go for hikes and take in the fresh crisp mountain air. Wifi is strong and rooms are large and clean though basic ( no airconditioning). Spa area has lots to offer though they are very strict and you must wear your gown , not street clothes, to gain access (gowns provided in the room) . Main drawback is the food which is very poor ( both choice and quality).

Reviewed By Marcelo MÓtimo atendimento e presteza do anfitrião. Local muito limpo e bonito. Os quartos são excelentes e com toda a comodidade necessária. Perto de muitos bares na região. Toalhas e produtos de higiene disponíveis. Café da manhã simples mais muito bom. A cama foi um pouco desconfortável, no caso o colchão aparentava muito mole, deixando o corpo bem curvado. Mais depois de um tempo consegui dormir.
