Reviewed By Janna TTo begin - we wrote we will arrive around 20PM, but we lost our way and came to Dvur Stran around midnight. The lady of the house was still awake and waiting of us because we made an mistake and our reservation was not for tonight but for two weeks later! And she was waiting! With her broken arm. After all she gave us food! after midnight! The rooms are very clean and the food is basic but very good. They have horses and al lot of cats. Very good place!

Reviewed By LliviabpPros: location (direct in the center, near by the Market Colonnade) and room view, historic Art Deco building (renovated in a quality way), comfortable bed, cleanliness Cons: parking place is very far from hotel, hard to reach by walk, very hard car travel in the city center (to find the hotel), filthy windows (did not clean for long months) Summary, it was excellent stay in this lovely city!

The Family PENSION PSTRUZI is one of the best TOP 10 guest houses in the Czech Republic. It is located in a magical valley 15 km north of Karlovy Vary (13 km from Germany) and 145 km from Prague under the peak of Plesivec or Plessberg (1020 m above sea level). Here you will also find the modern SKI AREA PLESIVEC and Penzion Pstruzi is right next to the main boarding station (cable car to the top and the viewing tower Plesivec). In winter it is great for skiers and in summer for bikers and tourists (for more information see SUMMER or WINTER). The Krusnohorska magistral is also nearby. Rooms (6 rooms for 20 people) - kitchenette, dining table, double bed, bathroom, WC, LCD-TV and WI-FI. Studio with kitchenette for 2 people - in the guesthouse there are 2 rooms. Reviewed By MatejuseIt is a small place located in Krusne hory. Pension is nice, quiet and just a few meters from the slopes of Plesivec. You can find a lot of bike paths nearby. Bozi dar, Klinovec and Plesivec is easily approachable for a bit skilled bikers. Jachymov spas are just about 20 minutes by car and you can enjoy the power of radon. Karlovy Vary city is approx. 45 minutes from this place. In winter you can enjoy Plesivec ski area, Bozi dar (approx. 30 minutes by car, Klinovec (about 30 minutes). Owners of the pension are friendly folks and they can help you with planning your trip around as well as they would like to spend some time with you in the evening just talking and drinking some beers or wine. Enjoy that nice and pretty new pension. You will like it (especially brand you kitchenettes in the rooms).

Hello, we are family of Pension Lukas. Our pension is in Karlovy Vary, we have good prices for you. We have here swimming pool for hosts free. Our sauna is available. You may let your car on our parking, our parking is free. On rooms is a minibar. We are 8 minutes out of centre.

Reviewed By Inspire182667El registro de entrada fue rápido y pude pagar con euros. La habitación era amplia y confortable. La ubicación Buena, alejada del centro pero en zona tranquila y con parking. Buena opción si viajas con coche. La connexion a internet pobre y a ratos nula.

Reviewed By SquashheroWell located close to the sloops. However disappointed with the cleanliness. bedding feels like it was not washed and bathroom can do with a deep clean. Be aware the wall are not keeping the noise out from neighbors. Otherwise simple but nice little apartment. I hope the operator can work on these issues

Poor service
Reviewed By lkopaevaThe interior is outdated, but the room was clean and of an adequate size. Very uncomfortable pillows. The food quality is low and presentation poor. Looked and tasted like a college canteen food. Worst of all was the service of the staff in the Spa Center. It was very difficult to get proper information about what is included in the package, costs and schedules. We were sent from one person to another several times, before we could finally get our treatment schedule organised. Very rude nurse, who schedules the treatments. The staff also changed treatment times couple of times without informing us. As a result we missed them and never got reimbursed. The only lovely people were the ladies at the restaurant. Location is not optimal if you come for the water. It is located at the end of the street where all the water springs located. So it is close to two of them, but about 15 minutes walk to the furthest one.
