Very helpful staff and an Excellent location!

The staff at this hotel was very helpful with any question we had for them. The Breakfast was very good and a plus for the tourist trying to make the most of their time on the island. The rooftop bar has a lovely view, it was very nice to relax and have a drink with the view. The sound in the hallways does carry/loud floors, so a few rowdy tourist may be heard. There was no shelf in the bathroom for tooth brushes etc., which may be an issue. But most bathrooms in Greece are the same. We appreciated the safe in the room. We had just left Kefalonia that was very laid back and informal , this hotel was a lot like Zante a little more formal. I would still recommend this hotel. I cant argue with the reviews of a less than friendly staff but masks and Covid have made all of us smile less these days.

Amazing people, great service and very tasty food

The family who run this place are the sweetest people I have met. Dionisis (Sakis) runs the apartments, Helena and Yannis manage the restaurant. Angela a kind girl helped out with the waitering. His mum does the cleaning and his dad helps out with any jobs that need doing. They were so kind to our 11 month old baby and also got her presents. Dionisis is always nearby if you have any questions or need some help. He really wants everyone who visits to have a great holiday. Dionisis keeps his swimming pool really clean and tidy. It is so nice to relax at the pool with a cocktail or a beer. Going on holidays with a young isn't easy but Helena and her husband Yannis made it much easier for us. They cooked whatever we asked even if it wasn't on the menu. Dara our child loved them because they were also so sweet to her, laughing with her and picking her up to have a chat. The olive oil Dionisis sells is so delicious. We are now back in Amsterdam enjoying it with some bread, olive oil, salt and pepper.

The location was pretty nice. The people in the reception were friendly and made you feel at home. They also gave us a lot of information about the island. The services were really bad. The woman who cleaned our bathroom hadn't have put cleaned towels and new foam for bath, so we had to ask our own. At the bathroom the ventilator wasn't working so it smelled badly. The air conditioning wasn't working immediately after turning it on. Also there were other stuff from previous visitors . Although we made reservations without including breakfast they offered it with no extra charge. The breakfast was really delicious. Especially the coffee.

Great experience in small hotel. Highly recommended for those who don’t like big hotels and prefer home-style breakfast.

We stayed here for 7 days and had a great experience because staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Very good location as it takes up to 10 minutes to walk to center of the town. Also small sandy beach and a few small beach bars are within 5 minutes of walking from this hotel. Room was a bit tiny but very clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel was immaculate! When we arrived initially there was some mix up with the rooms but because of the inconvenience Angélique managed to sort this out and even upgraded us. The breakfast in bed was delicious. The rooms were spacious and clean. The support from staff at all times was so useful and they provided so much insight on travelling in Greece. If we ever travel back to Greece we will come here again.
