The airconditioning although looked old it worked perfectly and we got a great nights sleep. No mosquitoes or bugs

Reviewed By 76tanyakIt use to be one of my favorite hotels in the City, this time, I don't know what is happened service was so tereble, like I was in 2 stars hotel. In reception it was rude yang gentlemen, if I remember name correctly Nawaf. He was keep asking me where do I work in Oman, even though he had my ID card and its shows ( in case if he is so curious ). After check in , he told enjoy facilities and left .... not explaining where is the facilities ( fine, as I was in this hotel before and remembered where to go ) He didn't inform us its might be a queue for breakfast, in this case we could come earlier. in the end we left at morning with out breakfast coz it was big queue and we didn't have time to wait. We couldn't have coffee in room as well , coz that coffee machine was so dirty ( pictures added). In the room was dirty, toilet they also might forget to clean . One good things, guys in pool bar was lovely, and service was nice, but also no one will help you with Towels.

Reviewed By bob FGiven the local situation, I was impressed by this hotel which met all my needs: clean room, comfy bed; western toilet; running warm water; functional gym; very attentive service; good food. All very reasonably priced. Because of all of this, the hotel is often full booked. I’d recommend this hotel. I returned in January for another month. The hotel facilities are gradually being renovated. It was delightful how welcoming the staff were; there’s a really homely feeling here, to the point that the General Manager entertained us to a 3 course dinner al fresco.
