Reviewed By Niclas MVery poor stay. The towels were dirty, the check in was bad due to too many guests (about 15 people in the queue), the food at the Italian restaurants came after 1,5 hours (but it was delicious!) and the breakfast buffet was too busy. The rooms were big and the wellness area very comfortable.

The apartment we had was very comfortable, clean and for those who are fussy about sleeping, a range of pillows are available with a pillow menu. One can also enjoy unobstructed sea-views, from the balcony, the comfort of your room, or while enjoying an excellent breakfast. The staff is very well trained, and professional, they also took care of our little one. The room was also equipped with small things for children that make the little ones feel happy and welcome. For those who want to chill out, a large indoor pool, gym and sauna are available. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again.

Ikea style Hotel, not worth the money
Reviewed By alexbQ1693SIHotel rooms are equipped with basics, but no essentials to relax or take a break from a busy life! No fridge/bar, no chairs, just a wooden kitchen chair and a small ottoman. No coffeemaker etc., no balcony furniture. Curtains to small and didn’t cover the windows. Only good, the bath area with the walk-in shower, although the warm water didn’t work properly at 8am morning’s. Very noisy and sometimes loud, walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors talking. Staff is mostly not professional, not friendly, slow and overwhelmed with most basic task. Forget the Restaurant/ Café, 5 staff members standing around and no service. If you bring yourself to their attention, you receive rolling eyes. Overall, a waste of money, we will never return to any of the “Aja” group hotels. What should have been a nice little vacation has been ruined by the hotel and the experience we had. Shame on you for your failing hospitality!

Delightful little coffee shop
Reviewed By thomap2014Found this little coffee shop, while in Warnemunde on a day in port from a Baltic Cruise. They offer a huge slice of gateau and cup of freshly ground coffee for 5.5 euros, which we thought represented very good value for money. The only downside was that they did not offer free wi-fi but this was more than made up for by the quality of their coffee and gateau!

Reviewed By Sara SI stayed at this hotel on business for two nights. First of all I couldn't find the car park and had to leave the car quite far away, walk to the hotel and ask where I could park. Reason was that there was quite big construction site in front of the hotel so I couldn't pull up outside to ask. An email prior to arrival explaining this would have been helpful. Check in was uneventful and the member of staff was very friendly. Sadly on the first evening the lift didn't work. On the second evening I had to discover that the sauna also didn't work, and I was really looking forward to it. I then went to a sauna in a nearby hotel where I had to pay 20Euros. There is also no wifi in the rooms, well welcome to the 21st century dear Bellevue Hotel If you're travelling on business that is very inconvenient. Even if you were on holiday, most people these days rely on internet for online streaming services etc. All in all thee location is great but the hotel itself is very dated and could do with a bit of TLC. Breakfast was great.

Pleasant place to stay
Reviewed By angieManchesterWe stayed at Villa Ostseegruss for two nights. It is a small, family run B & B on a street leading down to the beach. The hotel is a refurbished town house and our rooms were clean and well presented with good ensuite facilities. Breakfast consisted of bread rolls, cold meats, cheeses, cereals and fresh fruit and was most enjoyable. Tea and coffee were plentiful. The hotel only accepts cash. Warnemunde is a family resort with a good beach and numerous restaurants on the river frontage. This is an area where little English is spoken.
