Super hotel
Reviewed By wayneellisStayed here on my way up to suceava and I was so impressed! I arrived around midnight due to a delayed flight but the lady on reception was smiling and checked me in in perfect English. Nice big car park and super easy to find. Rooms are modern and well equipped and have fab bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent in their beautiful restaurant. This hotel would easily hold its own in any major city in the world. I highly recommend it.

Very nice place
Reviewed By Daniel CWe stayed here for a couple of nights at the beginning of May. It is a very good place from quality/price point of view. Large rooms and balcony, decent and tasty meals and excellent view. You can go for a walk on Tisita Valley, visit the local monastery, walk in the forest. Totally recommend it.

Reviewed By Mircea D+ The very large room, very nice furniture, the bed (mattress) ok, clean, clean carpet, no obvious wear, the special bathroom (including bidet), decent price at minibar - Lack of the elevator, there are two high floors like normal ones, lack of parking space (there are some in front of the hotel). Lack of room service (although you had an internal phone number for the bar and restaurant): In the morning I asked for coffee and I was asked if I did not go down to breakfast. I said yes, but I want coffee brought to the room (so I can open my eyes). I was told they did not have room service. So no, you can not.

Reviewed By Ina_FeisanI stayed at this hotel two weeks ago, for 5 nights, It seemed great to me in many ways: location, interior design. For this reason, for the next period, which was initially scheduled for a total of 5 days, I booked at the end of the first stay, at the hotel. When I arrived at the reception, I announced that it would not be scheduled all the time and that for objective reasons I would leave earlier, I would have remained only 3 nights. The receptionist told me that I had to pay for the whole period I booked for, even if I I cancel the reservation for the last 2 nights, with 3 days before .The company's policy. I asked to talk to someone in the leadership, obviously at night that night, there was no one available. Finally, I have completed the accommodation form. I gave my identity card to make a copy. They asked me to sign the fact that I was informed about the internal regulations, where was written, no more or less, that the cancellation of the accommodation can be done in writing or by telephone until the 13th of the day of arrival. Before a sign, I took a picture at that regulation. THE LADY AT THE RECEPTION, WAS SO ANGRY ABOUT THIS , SO SHE TOLD ME THAT HE WAS NO LONGER WILLING TO ACCEPT ME AS A GUEST THE HOTEL. NOT AT ALL. SUNDAY NIGHT. IN FOCSANI. THE RECEPTIONIST BROKE THE ACCOMMODATION FORM IN FRONT OF ME. After that the receptionist offered to help me to find accommodation to some others hotel, telling me that they would help me to arrive to the next hotel. I did not accept this offer. I called for a cab. When the car came, the receptionist was smoking outside, together with another two mans. Despite the fact that the building is looking good the services are at least strange. They do not offer any guarantee for keeping your reservation. They don’t have published at their site nothing about their way of functioning, asking you to sign some papers only when you are already arrived at the reception. This situation allows them to have an abusive behavior with customers. Conclusion, it is not a safe hotel for single travelers.

Very nice hotel
Reviewed By CatalinaPetreI was here for one night with my family. This is a new hotel, in an absolutely stunning location. The hotel is clean, spacious and tastefully furnished. I loved our room and the bed was very big and comfortable. The restaurant is lovely and big, but I would say some of the food is expensive, although very delicious. I had the salmon pasta for lunch and it was very nice and adequately priced for this type of resort. For dinner we had the mixed grill platter and it was nice. My only comment would be that if you wanted mustard or any sauces you had to ask and pay extra for them. These should be included, especially the mustard. The pool area is lovely and clean, but the pool is not heated, so quite cold, but not a problem with the weather is 40+ C. Breakfast was lovely. Amazing teas and the croissants were as good as any I had in France. My only negative would be the lack of choice for gluten free or lactose intolerant people. They only had white bread (which was delicious) and cow's milk. Some soy or almond milk would have been lovely.

Reviewed By Алексей КОстанавливались по пути на отдых в Болгарию. Удобно расположен на трассе, мимо не проедешь. Номер был в сан Андерс этаже, кондиционер, холодильник, хороший санузел помогли хорошо принести 44 градусную жару. Достаточно уютно. В ресторане, который работал рано утром удалось хорошо позавтракать перед дальней дорогой. Банковские карты принимают .

Reviewed By Piet dThis place looked Good when I searched, and it turned out to be Great! Reservation by phone was easy. Finding it was no problem, it is located in a relatively quiet area, but stil in walking distance of centre. Check-in was smooth, payment by card. I liked this place from the first minute: Old building, Airco, wifi, all very Good. The furnishing was modern/classic and Good Quality, Definitely “Boutique”. The motorcycle got parked safely inside the gates as well. I found a place to have dinner, one of several in walking distance. Sleep was Excellent, Breakfast was Very Good, and checkout was smooth. Strongly Recommended.

The staff are all very personable and help out give directions and recommendations to places to see and do. They provide an amazing breakfast in the morning. The owner, Razvan is a great host! The hotel is very homey, free Wi-Fi, looks new. Outlets are multi-type and don’t need converters, everything is automated. The rooms are nicely decorated and have large windows for plenty of fresh air and natural lighting. Don’t let the drive up to the hotel deter you, it’s in an old industrial area that is starting to pop up new homes and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s not far from a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and many sites to see! You will not be disappointed after you stay here. Way better than a lot of the hotels/motels I’ve stayed at throughout the United States. As an American, if I could give Razvan more stars for his Boutique hotel and customer service I would.
