Reviewed By 157cynthiatSpent an overnight stay here (plenty of rooms empty) but we were placed in the room closest to the lobby, you can hear EVERYTHING, could have easily been roomed at quieter end of hallways. Also, front desk staff failed to acknowledge that I was standing right in front of her for at least 3 min, no communication, or eye contact. Very poorly handled. The room was very clean though, but we had booked a king size and got a queen.

Reviewed By sylviemilksAs I travel for work, i find myself staying here every 2 weeks due to it's convenient location to the airport in Val d'Or. The service and facilities are very good. I appreciate the convenience. If I were a breakfast eater, I'm certain the breakfast buffet option would be great. As it stands, I have all I need in my room - coffee station!

All staff (housekeeping/maintenance/administration/FD) were polite and professional. Elisabeth at the front desk was very helpful and knowledgeable. Check in done quickly & professionally. Misrepresented from the start
Reviewed By scrap_8Arrived at 7pm to find my room not ready. Got the room after 10-15 minutes. Gave me a card for 15% at the restaurant except no one told me that I needed a reservation, all booked for the night, even though there are many empty tables. Breakfast included with my room except the restaurant is not open tomorrow, Sunday. I go to the front desk to see what can be done, young girl at the counter says there is nothing she can do and too bad for me. I ask for a manager, guess what? None to be found. Horrible service and woman at the front counter.

Reviewed By Barb SMy husband and I stayed here on Saturday July 31st. We had been travelling all day and stopped in Val D'or. We were able to get a suite. Everything was perfect. Beautiful, nicely decorated and clean. The staff were so nice and friendly and did their best to speak English for us. The breakfast was delicious and the young girl serving was very polite. We definitely recommend this amazing hotel.

Reviewed By msd852019Restaurant staff were not offering the best service comparing to my previous visits. They usually offer a good service, but unfortunately, I felt I was not welcome on my last visit. The waitress did not even greet us, and she was being very rude.

Reviewed By MPB4646Stayed one night for work with co-worker. Room was very clean, the area is very peaceful and charming. The host are quite nice and served us warm homemade pancake for breakfast. They added blueberry that were handpicked in the area. It's a a nice touch. I though that the host were a bit loud downstairs during the (late) evening. I think they had friends over for dinner. It's not ideal if you are trying to get work done or have an early night in. But my co-worker who staying in a room further from the staircase didn't ear anything. I would recommend this place.

Temperatura perfetta. comodo sullo Chemin Sullivan sulla strada per Amos. Sono rimasto estasiato dalla natura, qui, c'era ancora la neve. la prossima volta mi piacerebbe andare da qui, piu' a Nord e venirci in pieno inverno! Amo molto l'Abitibi, e questo e' il pied'a terre perfetto per trascorrere una settimana.La Cortesia e la gentilezza dell'accoglienza sono la carta vincente.

Reviewed By Jean-Francois GCe soit-disant hotel est une improvisation. La bâtisse est délabrée. Cette dernière n'est même pas identifiée comme Iteck Hotel. En fait, c'est la résidence Sigma. Il n'y a personne sur place. La réception n'est pas accessible car barrée. Il faut appeler l'établissement. Aucuns services, chambres sans climatisation. Déconseillé.
