Reviewed By Jacqueline PDO NOT STAY HERE Worst management I’ve experienced in a hotel worldwide in almost 40 years as a TV Producer/Director. Here’s a few things to mention that didn’t work: -Rude, uninformative, grumpy male blonde receptionist upon arrival; no name badge. -Management: Abusive, aggressive, unprofessional, backwards, rude, poorly trained management; an embarrassment to the business. Funda (Customer Relations Manager) was a complete embarrassment. Funda aggressively threw my phone on the table (I was showing her our reservation that they failed to acknowledge) and she stormed off instead of dealing with our complaint. Another apparent senior male manager had zero etiquette, knowledge, empathy, or experience it seemed; he was truly appalling - A nasty and strange man who didn’t have a clue what was going on and should really be working somewhere alone. Turns out many staff and customers concurred with us re managements incompetence. -Forgot our lunch order and shut restaurant (all inclusive) -Incredibly difficult to book into al a carte restaurants (all inclusive) -No information on reservations anywhere; conflicting info given by staff, management and website 1) needing to be 24 hours in advance. 2) need 3-4 days notice 3) can’t email or call, have to queue at 9am ON THE DAY at guest relations all the way upstairs by reception - what a complete MESS. -Email fiasco -Dirty swimming pool, no space near pool, overcrowded. -Appalling COVID regs. -Was told by Jet2 we’d be moved and five days later we haven’t heard from them (did we mention we’re back home now?) -Lack if general information. -Hardly any labels on food -Average rooms -Telephone in room didn’t work -Ukrainian war sympathisers drunk and being inappropriate In 38 years, this is officially my ‘hotel from hell.’ Producer/Director BBC, London, England.

First of all, I would like to say a big thank you to all Kefaluka staff, from the reception to the guest relations office, to the waiters, to the bartenders, to the ladies that are cleaning the rooms,to the spa staff, to the photographers, to the special entertainment team. They were all been kind and respectful, but I will mention some people that remained in our hearts: 1. ALI BURAK (animation team), this human is all sugar. Our daughter called him "Prince Ali" and this tells everything. He made her a surprise for her birthday, and this made us all so happy. He deserves all the best! 2. MURAT (entertainment team) another sweet and respectful person, the heart of the parties and always around. We enjoyed having dinner with this special one.(çok teşekkürler) 3. To our lovely, always smiling and very kind MUCAHIT from the main restaurant. Kefaluka, this man is a real asset! Thank you for all the good treatment and all the Turkish we have learned from you! 4. HUSEYIN, what a guy! This man is full of energy and good vibes, he made water polo games very enjoyable and funny. Keep going man, you are a star! (no shimmy shimmy :)) 5. TARIK (bartender) from the pool bar...Wow! His drinks are just amazing! He surprised us every time with special drinks, always good balance between the flavours. Thank you so much for this! 6. MUNIR (bartender) made amazing rainbow cocktails for our daughter and for us too. Thank you for looking after us! 7. MEHMET YILMAZ (night shift manager) what a person! This guy is a person that makes you want to talk to him more and more. He always asked us how do we feel, if there are any problems, and always present during the night time. SENTIDO Bellazure has lots of facilities for you to enjoy. There are three outdoor pools, including two main pools, along with a smaller and shallower pool for kids. The hotel has a clean, modern design, with sleek whitewashed buildings. Trees and greenery surround the pool area, which also has plenty of space to relax in the sun. There's regular family entertainment which is put on each night from May to Oct. This includes live music and dance shows. Children have their own kids' club, which organises a variety of activities. You can dine at the à la carte restaurant in the evenings, while the buffet restaurant is open throughout the day. There are four bars & and a lot of activity options...
First Time in Turkey
Reviewed By MissyLynnzWe have just come back from a two week Holiday at the Sentido Bellazure. On the whole it was a lovely relaxing holiday but there a few things that could make it 5/5. We paid extra for a “Club” room but I wouldn’t book this again and would stay in a room in the main hotel building. The room we stayed in needed updating especially the lounge area & bathroom. Also the terrace needs some attention to stop the ants crawling all over the seats & cushions. On the whole the room was clean. We did have to chase for toilet paper & water a few times though. The food was very good the first week we were there but the second week was disappointing with less choice especially for a vegetarian. However the cakes were the best we have ever had!! Breakfast was basically the same every day but a big shout out to the lovely lady who made our omelettes each morning. Most of the waiters were great but there were a couple who ignored you. Jamil the Spa Manager is very friendly and my husband had a Turkish bath and massage at a very good price. The staff at the Relaxing pool bar & Blue Bar were really nice along with the ladies at the ice cream bar. We had a few snacks at both the beach & pool bar which were very good. As previous reviews have stated the animation team were non existent especially during the day & we had no idea who they were! It wasn’t until our last day that they actually bothered to come round and speak to you! The guy in charge of the Animation team was quite arrogant and one lunchtime he sat at a non-smoking table whilst people were eating and chain smoked. Drinks were good and the wine in the restaurant was ok. Favourite cocktail was Heaven & favourite liqueur the local Coconut one. Really enjoyed the Turkish tea and coffee too. There isn’t much to do around the hotel just a few shops & bars. It isn’t a place to go if you want an active nightlife but is good for relaxing & chilling. It is about a 45 minute drive away from Bodrum & 1 hour 20 minutes from the airport. We really liked Turkey & hope to go back next year but will stay nearer to Bodrum as we want to do some trips from there. Hope this helps you!

Reviewed By 764sashgThis hotel is clean and with absolutely amazing and friendly staff especially at the restaurant.The food is not gourmet food but it depends how much you pay for yourall inclusivedeal..if it's so gourmet you will have the big chance to get fat anyway. The location is great and the beach and the swimming pool too...internet is only at reception which is fine but 50% of the time the reception staff have to help you to connect. They were doing it anyway easily. The musk is close so will wake you up every morning unless you are deadly asleep. Overall it was all good and many regards to the friendly staff from the restaurant. Sash and friends.

The room was perfect, not too big and not too small. the territory was comfortable, but not very big, there was not much where to go.the internet was so bad, my minus. waiters are my weakness. they were friendly and cheerful, they gifted me their vibe. they also speak good in English, but mostly in turkish. there was not a large range of food, but the dishes was very tasty. the beach is small, unkempt, this needs to be worked on. overall, i enjoyed this hotel so much, i wish i’ll come back soon!!

The beach of the hotel is very clean and well organized. The sea is clean and there are no pebbles or so. The sand is soft and the sea is very clear. It's normal to see the the fish swimming around you. The staff is very kind and successful in their work. The rooms are of good quality and very comfortable. The food is of good quality and the cleanliness is quite good, I am a person known for being meticulous. During my holiday, I did not encounter any incident that I complained about. There is live music every evening. Overall, it has been a perfect experience. I had the best quality vacation of my life. I am sure I will come back.

Reviewed By biancae733We had a last minute stay at the hotel for a couple of nights. The first day we had no idea what to expect but DJ Tito was our savior. He was able to prepare a great itinerary for the whole family. My kids enjoyed it very much specially Camel ride. I personally enjoyed the Wishing Cave and the nice clear water. If you stay here do yourself a favor and loot for DJ. Tito. He definitely cares about making your trip memorable.
