Reviewed By T2094EDjasonmThe hotel has a 5 star rating, which I find rather inflated. Upon arrival there was nobody to take our luggage, no bell hops to take our luggage to the room. We were even informed that breakfast would be given a specific timing to attend because the hotel was busy. The hotel was clean, the room was tidy and clean, but at best it should be rated at a 3 star possibly 4 star.

Reviewed By piotrd621Great place for families with children. We have been here couple of times and our children are always busy with lot of attractions. Breakfests are always delicious and the rooms are well equipted. The area of hotel is also nice with 20 min walk from centre.

Excellent food International buffet,amazing children facilities:Nice Children playground Out and in,Football pitch,Game room,Billiards and bowling in very particular character Bar .Swimming pools for adults and kids with clean, warm water where we had invaluable,funnny time together. It was a lovely relaxing use of the jacuzzi, dry and steam saunas,a bowl of hot water for the feet,and many,many attractions in the SPA zone. Our appartment was clean and tidy, with a wonderful terrace from which we could observe the entire complex.It had everything we needed, comfortable beds, fresh, clean bedding, TV, table for the whole family, kitchen with all the equipment including a dishwasher.Every day we were awakened by the singing of birds, and the morning coffee tasted delicious among the surrounding greenery and magnificent gardens. Reviewed By Alena SNot really recommend staying for relax trip during the weekend(lot of families with kids) Food from menu doesnt have vegetarian option, and the price for simple food in hotel restaurant was really high, the quality did not match with it. For breakfast and dinner, would be really helpful card with vegetarian option again, but the buffet tables was really nice, planty option of meals even for veg just the card would be helpful. The hotel is really separated from city center but the city is really cute, also nice place for trekking. The spa in hotel has a working intervals, I mean steam and infrasauna. The pool is pretty big also outdoor jacuzzi with the mountain view was great and water slide is nice. The opening hours for spa are good, but later evening hours would be better.)

Reviewed By sbasiblaI went with my friend for one night just to chill out Hotel rooms were very clean, breakfast was cool lot of different things to choose. Friendly staff. Hotel has wellness which is nice, i really appreciated that there is silent room where you can escape from all those annoying kids running and shouting. Only negative thing was pillow which was not comfy at all other than that i would definitely come back

Reviewed By endrju_74We stayed in Sasanka in may 2019 for 4 nights, even if we were booked in for 5 - the weather turned making teh fifth night of our pleasant stay a bit unnecessary. Hotel located in northern part of Szklarska Poreba, just few hundred yards from the main train station Szklarska Poreba Górna. Roads very narrow in this part of town, with basically no place to park up your car - as we got there late in the night we were allowed to stay in front of the hotel (only about 3 spaces there), but for the rest of our stay we were leaving our car just over the road, behind "local center of culture, sport and... some other stuff" (MOKSiAL), where Sasanka has got quite a few spaces for their guests. We got a room, which was basically a large double room, when in fact there was three of us - two adults and a teenager, so apart from double bed we got sort of sofa bed with fold away bit, which really restricted our space, when unfolded. Wi-fi very sketchy, there were long periods without any signal at all. Breakfasts tasty and of good variety. Swimming pool bigger than we expected, with deck chairs around it. Nice, solid place, close to the centre of the town, but the size of the room didn't really satisfy us, as I would think we would've find something more spacious in Szklarska for this sort of money. Or maybe we would not? Our next trip to Szklarska comes soon, we will stay somewhere elso, so we will see.
