A very pleasant stay
Reviewed By Daisy-55bsI have spent seven days at Panaion Relax.The place is very close to the centar of this ski resort , 5 minutes from the store, bakery and restaurants. Also a few minutes away from the ski slipes. The hostess was very helpfull to show us everything, organise ski instructor and show us where the ski rental was. Breakfast and dinner can be ordered at this facility and the food is freshly cooked and delicious

Reviewed By 77xxxSmjestaj u rangu studentskih domova, nimalo hotelski. Sami namjestali krevete odnosno kauce. Miris vlage, tv tri kanala koja se jedva vide. Lose obiljezen put, tesko nasli. Iako se nalazi na lijepom mjestu sa divnim pogledom. Hotelski restoran vrhunac nekulture, negostoljubivosti i drskosti, ali srecom postoje drugi restorani u mjestu.

Reviewed By _sh1970biتجربة سيئة بسفرك .. حريق fire · لم يعجبني شئ الاثاث مستهلك ويسقط بينما كان المالك يظهر لنا مرافق الشقة اسوء ماصار كان حريق من مروحة الحمام فجرا وبحمدالله انتبهنا لها وسارعنا لاطفائها ولكن اثناء هذا الامر لفت انتباهي عدة امور : _ عدم انقطاع الكهرباء والنار مستمرة بالاشتعال لدوران المروحة فقمنا بالبحث عن مجمع الكهرباء لاطفائها _ عدم وجود طفاية حريق واي جرس انذار _ عدم وجود اي شخص يساعدنا عدا ساكنني الشقق فجرا وبعد اطفاء الحريق وخروج اطفالي بالبرد لوجود الدخان والرائحة القوية بالشقة لم يتم تعويضنا بشقة اخرى او حتى باسترجاع نقودنا .. لم يقم حتى بالاعتذار على استنشاقي للدخان لفترة او لخوف اطفالي من الموقف او حتى بالتعويض لم يقم بشكرنا على انقاذ شققه من الحريق .. كان بامكاننا الخروج وعدم تحمل اي مسؤلية المكان ليس بآمن للأرواح When come fire on the van in bathroom no one help us .. it's not save

Terrifying hotel experience
Reviewed By Max752810First of all the hotel itself is promising whilst the people who manage make it a bad destination. The hotel is situated on the best location on the mountain. It looks like a real mountain chalet. Rooms are cosy, warm, spaceous, clean, beds ok, bathroom ok, you get out of the hotel on skis. Me and my wife spent 3 nights there, couple of years ago, just two nights after the new year’s eve. We found this hotel on some bosnian coupon site offering accommodation at discounted price. I called the hotel and they told me I did not need to buy the coupon, I would get the discount at the reception... so we came. First night was a disaster. Just underneath our room was a restaurant that turned into a turbo folk club in the evening. Ok, we waited for the circus to stop til 9pm. Then til 10pm. After 10pm my wife went down to ask when does it stop. They told her it is the third night of the new year, they celebrate it and if we want we could come join them. At 11pm I went there. I told them: find us a solution for a quiet stay or we would leave immediately. The receptions was stunned and did not know what to do. Luckily, the man staying nearby said to her to give us another room, probably that was the owner. That solved the issue. First morning the same receptionist from last night was cleaning the floor in front of reception desk. She told us to go around. I was stunned! Who pays here whom!? We did not want problems so we went around. The breakfast was a tragedy! Such disaster I haven’t seen so far. You can not choose. You first become a cup with hot water and a bag of some cheap tea and then the waiter brings you a plate with little pieces of everything. I thought it was just for us with a discount but all the guests get the same. During our 4 day stay we managed somehow to get along with the lady receptionist who happens to be working there alone non stop during our entire stay (also as a cleaning lady). She told us they haven’t got much of a saison. At the check out, the same lady receptionist wanted to charge us the full price! Worst was the fact that I made a discount deal via phone call, no email to prove it. Oh God, that was stressful. After I repeated couple of times that we wanted to buy a coupon and that she was the one who convinced us not to, and that she would give us a discount at the desk, she some how unwillingly remembered it so we finally got out of the bear-trap unhurted. I would not stay there again even if I got paid for it.
