Pay Attention To Your Management
Reviewed By danielsungonoWe booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. - check in at 2 pm but the 3rd room wasn't ready yet and we have to wait for a quite long time (it's understandable, holiday season) - we already told the hotel staff at the check in counter that we bring 2 cars and we gave the information needed. But in the evening when we were going out from the hotel, we still have to pay for the parking. The staff told us that it was because our cars haven't been in system yet. Then tomorrow the same thing happened. We still have to pay. - the toiletries is not complete. There was only 1 toothbrush for every room (which is supposed to be 2) - no bathroom mat (idk why, is it common in here?) - it is the high season and the hotel staff was very limited, especially on the front desk which made a long queue at the check in counter and also we're having a hard time asking help from the hotel staff (management must take this problem seriously) - Last, I have paid the down payment (50% of charge) on 10 April 2022 at the hotel. On 4 May 2022, all the payment already paid off (full payment). Then on 6 May 2022, we were informed that we still have to show them the payment proof (is it mean that there's a pending payment?) The staff were saying she was just making sure, but why don't you check your hotel system first or your colleagues in charge before you come to the guest and asking them about this and that? Then the staff texted me when I was already checked out form the hotel and asked me to show that payment proof again in WhatsApp. I've already showed it to the staff when we checked out.

2018 Summer Trip to Singkawang of Indonesia
Reviewed By Jessica WHello Singkawang, Wanna share our recent fantastic journey, we -a group of 8 uni students- had a great moment while visiting Singkawang for a week study-trip around end of July 2018. We booked 4 deluxe suites in Rainbow Singkawang. The hotel is a luxury homestay and located in the city central so easy to go anywhere around the downtown. Nearby amenities, food stalls, convenient stores, traditional markets, grand mall, etc. The room size is quite big. Clean and neat. Come with complimentary mineral water, free toiletries, free laundry, cable TV, and free Internet wifi. Indeed value for money. Furthermore we have booked for our next holiday trip Cap Go Meh 17-19 Feb 2019. Gonna see you again Singkawang! Cheers, Jessica :)

The food was great, the staf hospitality was amazing, and they have a mini waterboom to play around! Anw, the room was designed as a traditional cottage with woods and exposed brick and so on. It was a quite experience for me

Reviewed By SamuelpasThe hotel is unique with its concept to combine blocks building, cottage and green in an open air environment. I stayed in family suite room. The room was very spacious and clean. TV channel was very limited. When I wanted to take a bath I just realized that no towels in my room, so I must called the receptionist first to bring towels. Sitting in front of the room was nice and the air was fresh. The swimming pool was big enough.

Clean Hotel & Nice hotel
Reviewed By BoenaidyStay 1 night at this hotel, the hotel is quite nice & clean. The room are quite large, a good wifi and staff were very helpful. Location about 3 km from city center. unfortunately the noise from karaoke sounded fairly strong from inside the room and the room. room had no window & the hotel has no elevator. Unfortunately we do not try the breakfast, so we can't give overview for breakfast this hotel. Overall the hotel was quite nice
