Honesty and Services at its Best
Reviewed By furrukhmi Stayed there for two nights. initially there was a problem in the room but they changed my room instantly without any delay. But the most important part i would like to highlight is the HONESTY. I forgot to pick my AIRPODS worth 40K Pkr in the room and when i boarded at the airport i came to know that i dont have them with me. I called the hotel and they transfered me to the concerned department. They checked my airpods in the room and instantly said YES WE HAVE IT and above all they dispatched them to my address in multan without even asking me any cost of TCS. I would like to appreciate Mr.Jameel Tanoli for his HONESTY and Extra Ordinary Services.

Reviewed By Shahzad7777I am a regular visitor to various five and four star hotels around the World . My experience with the Marriott Karachi is a hotel not more than a 3star hotel. It's food and service are worst and getting worst day by day . The quality of food at Nadia is extremely poor nor fresh and extremely high priced. The service standards are poor and needs tremendous improvement because if you look back in late eighties or early nineties Nadia used to be a hot Spot with its 7wonders /flavours of ice cream and excellent cold coffee good imbiance and good service too. The quality of food and service cannot improve by keeping ab Italian or French GM unless you work and may things happen otherwise their are other cheap and good options available . Even pc KHI their group company is not only better but much better. The hi tea I took needs improvement in quality of food and drinks , it's temperature, presentation , services etc . The management of the Hashoo group and principals of the franchisee USA should take serious notice of this situation going worse and worse day by day.

A really hard to find makeshift place to stay.
Reviewed By drbasitiqbalIt is a nightmare to locate. No signage etc. More like Shireen Jinnah Colony rather than Clifton. The rooms have no carpets or refrigerators. The air conditioners don't seem to cool and the doors are hard to open. The toilets have broken seats and the flush system fails to work. The bed is really hard :(. Not recommended at all.

Hamsun is modern Boutique hotel, where basic things are well taken care of. We understand cleaning and comfort are two most important things for any stay. Thats what we focus on the most. Its a clean family place. We dont allow any kind of shady stuff on the property. Location is central, downtown of the city , for travellers this is the best place to stay.

Reviewed By zahmad65I had a very good 1 week stay at this hotel. I booked it based on good reviews on Booking.com and I was not disappointed. Rooms are very nicely decorated and wifi works great. Breakfast is included and delivered to the room. Located in a busy area and easy to reach from airport.

Reviewed By zysssjazzyok room, bad service, restaurant ok considering the hotel - servers good but for some reason, coffee was hidden like gold !!! overall dusty. I have been to other hotels within the same country and because they get a lot of dust, their cleaning staff is instructed to periodically walk around and swipe anything they see that is dusty. The air conditioning purposely shut off every single night and I would wake up sweating. After multiple talks with manager Hassan to fix issues, nothing got fixed. So bottom line - try to get there in the daytime. Have a walkthrough of the room and its location. So you may get a room away from construction, and perhaps a corner room which would be quieter. And worst - they charged my card a bit over $200 .00 even after I had left and come back already. Never give them your credit card. but if you don't have a choice, bring at least 2 cards on your trip - 1 for this hotel and immediately after - call and have your bank freeze this card till u are back.

How and why they would allow unsuspecting guests to arrive to find an abysmal structure in disrepair is unimaginable. I had to turn sideways to walk down the hall. There has been no hot water. No hot water. None. Multiple complaints met by utter rudeness. Uncaring. Zero compensation. Zero accountability. A novice traveler I am not. Overly demanding I am not. Appointments and schedules - prevented me from changing hotels. I’ve not showered in two days. This organization is not a hotel. Stay away. Stay away. Stay away.

The good part was Suana, steam & jacuzzi.. (don’t let your expectations rose, even these facilities weren’t great) overall an average experience

Reviewed By Sabz110Poor location, phase 8 is far from everywhere except do darya. Cleanliness is not upto mark. I found dried poo on one of their towels. Toilet, bed linen everything was dirty! They charge 8000rs for king size bedroom and the price is high for what you get. The owner/manager of this rguest house says fake review when someone gives them low rating.
