Reviewed By TimoKiviluomaAstor Garden Hotel is one of the hotels in a resort bubble outside of Varna. meaning that there is only hotels, restaurants, and other tourist stores. It's a bit difficult to find out which hotels are operating nowadays and which are not. Astor Garden is definitely operating and is probably the best in the resort area. A very nice hotel, beautiful surroundings, attentive staff. The 4th-floor rooms have a beautiful sea view. If you like to relax in beautiful surroundings, book Astor Garden. if an all-inclusive option is available, I would recommend it.

Reviewed By UndercookedchipsAwful place. All inclusive is not worth it. Heavily watered down beer that made me ill so ended up buying all drinks from lidl across the road. Pool bar can only be used till 6pm unless you pay. No spirits from pool bar, have to go to lobby bar. Food awful, even something as simple as chips, put out half an hour before restaurant opens so cold when you get there. No entertainment at all. Staff rude especially lady at the restaurant door. Hotel clean and a good base if you only want to sleep there. Pool is just a big toilet! Nearby restaurant called happy restaurant is a godsend and we used it every day, lovely food and cheap.

Lousy service
Reviewed By Frank CWe are here for 4 nights, and have one of the really nice big apartments at the end of the Pomorski complex/Hotel overlooking some small shops, a big parking lot and beyond that the beautiful black sea. The aparment is very nice with a well working fridge and a good bed. However our room were not cleaned after our first night. We complained about late afternoonthe day after. Being a sunday the girl at the reception, said it could be some time before it could be done. So we agreed to have some toilet paper and that the room should be cleaned the day after. Being back at the hotel at 13.00 hours the after we kindly asked when we could have the room cleaned again, the answer was within 2 hours. At 17.00 hours nothing had happened and we the same answer thar the room woould be cleaned within 2 hours. However back in the at 19.00 still nothing had happened. At 20.00 hours we are finally having our room cleaned with fresh towels and toiletpapir, after 4 complaints. This is not good enough and even though we enjoy staying here, I dont think we will stay here again. This might only be 3 star hotel but having one of their big and more expensive rooms we expected better.

An OK stay, but I wont be coming back.
Reviewed By remiu2015Hotel is very nicely situated, literally next to the beach. Rooms are ok and fairly clean. However staff is grumpy, hardly ever crack a smile, like they are working there as punishment. Food is very monotonous and almost always COLD!! I think we managed to eat a hot meal maybe twice.... Eggs in the morning were COLD every day! Bacon was some cheap fake made of god know what! Soft drink mostly undrinkable... But wine was pretty good. Spirits were ok but we had to but our own mixers as the one in hotel were totally undrinkable. Beach is very clean but the sunbeds are very small and highly uncomfortable with no mattress.... Snack in the beach bar were same every day, but on other hand they were HOT most days as oppose to what was served in the main restaurant. Overall it was a ok stay but I deffo won't be coming back... Hotel Azalia have 4* but service provided do not exceed 3* level. If you looking for nice holiday in Bulgaria I advice to not to stay in anything less than 5* Hotel.

Reviewed By Arsen KOld Soviet stile , and how they get 4 stars. IT IS NOT 4 STAR. The food is the same for 10 days , mostly cheap fish. I decided to warn people that this hotel has a little beach, poor food. In general It is not comparable with the 4 star hotels alike Cactus in Create also 4 stars, or any other 4 star hotel in Loret de mar Spain .

Reviewed By J377VQmariapBreakfast is various and delicious. Staff are friendly and helpful. The spa center is newly renovated and the outdoor pool with hot mineral water is marvelous. The hotel is worth visiting if only for that pool. The bar is comfortable and with some special atmosphere. There was a singer on Friday and she was quite good with different well-known songs. The rooms might need some renovation though but it is far from urgent. The view to the sea is awesome. I would definitely come back!

Reviewed By rachelbeehietalaWe was there two days ago and it get new dimension. Its abandoned now. No people, broken windows, no water in pools. It have magic now how is nobody in. I am intersted in what's happened hier and why is abandoned.

Reviewed By 53milenvGrat location. Near to the city center and to the beach. Clean rooms with comfortable mattresses. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is so green and I was very surprised by the place where doves are living.
