We were offered the leopard room which is a small apartment with beautiful interior furniture (kitchen, emboja wood, tiles, large fridge, two tvs, two bedrooms & bathrooms). Originally we had booked the Elephant room (which doesn't have ensuite bathroom). The owners were also very accommodating with check in and check out. About 600m from the house is a beautiful dam with a restaurant with good quality food for affordable prices (e.g. 12 queen prawns with sides for R160). Last, but not least, the house is situated amidst a small game reserve, so we saw a herd of kudo on the way. It was a lovely stay and we will be back.

Reviewed By Pfuluwani1. The pap and liver was a great meal on the menu. Eisbein was a complete disappointment. Breakfast was just average. Coffee was not great at all. The barista was so bad. Flat white and latte was the same. 2. There is no management on site over the weekend. Queries are handled by security guards which is uncalled for. 3. The restaurant closes at 15:00 on Sunday which is an inconvenience for guests who are staying over and checking out on a Monday. 4. Our room was so dirty such that we had to request for a new room and manage the cleaning process. We had to check that the linen was changed and the room was properly cleaned.

Inkwazi Country Lodge is a 45-minute drive North of Johannesburg, nestled in the lush bush of Kameeldrift in Pretoria. The thatched country lodge consists of 16 luxurious Deluxe Rooms, two Family Rooms and two Executive Suites, and lends itself to a cozy yet very stylish, clean and professional environment.
This place is sub standard and not worth the money you pay.
Reviewed By jwelthagThere is no restaurant and bar as advertised. Bed is noisy and old. The matras sheet was pulled over on top of the bed - totally wrong. No aircon. No dustbin. Pillows are worn and old. The breakfast is terrible. Worst breakfast I had in a very long time. Scrambled eggs burnt and crumbed. No aircon. Plumbing noisy and disturbing as rooms very close to each other. I will not go to the place again and will not recommend the pace to anybody.

Lovely farm stay
Reviewed By IlzeV108The Cedar Farmhouse is an absolute gem. Large comfy rooms, a lounge with fireplace, dining room, a wrap around patio and braai area. The private road to the farm passes through a spectacular kloof and from there the views just goes on. We had a great time exploring the mountains, swimming in the farm dam and just sitting on the patio staring at the red cliffs. Our favourite in the Baviaans for sure!
