A little worn for the miles
Reviewed By Jed WNo early check in (even 30 minutes early) was made alarmingly aware of this. Pool area was nice. Breakfast (included) was moderate. The room, loved the setup (separate seating and sleeping areas) Carpets had worn spots, snags and rips. Staff was very responsive to any requests and needs.

Reviewed By 978michaellThis is a very well run hotel. The entire staff was very friendly and productive. We had an issue with the cable television reception, which was not management’s fault. They quickly responded to address the issue as easily as they could. We would definitely here, when we are in the area again.

Reviewed By smith98777Let me start by saying I'm a Hilton Honors member and typically prefer the chain. My girlfriends and I stayed at the hotel as a mothers day staycation. We are locals and picked this hotel because of the location and the fact that there was a spa in the hotel. check-in was very easy and the staff was very attentive. Once I got in the elevator I started to see the age of the hotel show. For the price of the room for the weekend ($462.94), the room was a good size but very dated. We appreciated the complimentary snacks and beverages and the available fridge in the room. The beds were not comfortable AT ALL! Also if you think someone could sleep on the pull-out couch DON’T! It's the most uncomfortable flat piece of fabric that someone has labeled as a mattress. You could feel every spring and bar on the bed. The bedding in the closet had an odor but the staff was great about getting new sheets sent to the room. Maybe it was just our room but when we tried to reach the front desk by phone it never went through which means we had to go to the lobby if something was needed. Lastly and the kicker is we were trying to take a group photo by the window and found an unpleasant surprise as we were pulling the curtains back which were a pair of underwear that weren't ours on the windowsill ?. The spa Botanica was nice. My only issue is that we tried to book services early but were unable to online. Then when we tried to call no one picked up the phone. My friend left a message about services but never got a callback. I ended up scheduling in person because we could never reach anyone. We ended up getting facials but no massages which is what we wanted. Unfortunately, my overall experience wasn’t the best, and to be honest there are more upscale options in Bentonville or Rogers that we will use next time.

The kitchenette was cool, can't say I used it a ton though. Water was nice and hot. The area was nice for me, close to where I was working.

Reviewed By 152keithrNow recall why I don't stay at this Aloft. Titanium Elite member. Profile is high floor and away from the road. Checked in and 2nd floor. The person that checked me in immediately began talking before I could ask a question. It was 4:30 and asked if I could get a high floor. No cars in the parking lot. Comment "no, we are fully booked". Well as a Titanium Elite you should have looked at my profile and reserved a higher floor. The person would not change my room. Also had to ask another person about breakfast that is limited and have to pay. Fitness Center is small with limited equipment, and the hotel is in need a renovations and repair. PS: It is 2022. Install USB devices in the rooms near the bed on the nightstands.

Poorly maintained property
Reviewed By tworkingI have had great experiences with Candlewood properties in many other locations, so I was surprised at the poor quality of this Rogers, AR property. The room had several issues: lights out in kitchen, bedroom carpet not swept, a/c not cooling properly, flooring transition coming up (sharp/tripping hazard), fan b/w bedroom & living room had worn bearing and was very loud, back-up battery removed from smoke detector. Asked for different room but none available. "Engineer" was suppose to look at fan but never showed up. We lived Rogers/Bentonville and will be back, but will not stay at Candlewood again.

The Fairfield Inn and Suites is a 99 room hotel conveniently located off Interstate 49 at exit 85. The hotel has 40 DBDB, 35 Kings, 22 King Suites, 2 Spa Suites. All of our guest rooms have a refrigerator and microwave. We are on what is known as "Restaurant Row" in Rogers, Arkansas. We have 10 restaurants, a shopping center, and a movie cinema all within steps of our door. Centrally located in NW Arkansas to area attractions: Crystal Bridges Art Museum, NW Arkansas Regional Airport, Wal-Mart's Corporate Headquarters, Beaver Lake fishing and rentals, University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, Northwest Arkansas Community College, Pig Trail Harley Davidson and famous scenic routes.

Reviewed By RedSuzi71I am so disappointed. We have always stayed at Fairfield Inne because they usually are clean and reasonably priced, however, the one in Rogers, AR id disgusting! It is under construction which is no big deal, but the 1000 cigarette butt pile by the exit door, the toilet paper in the trees and all the trash cans over flowing is pure laziness on the managements part.
