Aloft Fell Short
Reviewed By ToilandAloft, you fell a little short during my stay. Please do not get me wrong. This is a great hotel. This is why I'm giving a 2 star. Upon opening the door, there was a foul smell. In the bathroom the foul smell was much stronger. Not sure if it was the pluming or if someone throw-up. I'm sure housekeeping had to smell the odor and I'm just wondering why they didn't do a better job to kill the smell or maybe the room should have not been assigned to a guest.

First time disappointed
Reviewed By rvenegas4I have stayed here a few times and the outcome was very satisfying however this time the outcome was not as good as soon as I arrived I noticed the room smelled like smoke and I’m a non-smoker I informed the front desk that the light in the kitchen was out I stayed for two days and it was never fixed they did not come in and clean the room or replace the towels or the soap As for the breakfast I felt really bad for the ladies working in the kitchen for there was not enough food for everyone I sat there and watch several of people filling bags up and walking out with food the ladies in the kitchen did their best but they still ran out and I was not able to get a complete breakfast I also notice not once was any of the customers asked for their room voucher to confirm they were staying in the hotel there was large families with bringing in their own bags which look kind of strange the ladies in the kitchen kept her cool as I was getting frustrated

Reviewed By W9901TGdjStayed 5 nights with my wife and children. Property is in terrible shape and needs many updates. Staff was nice, responsive, and friendly, but think twice about staying here. They will only clean your room once every three days. Sixth floor reeked like dead fish our entire stay. Breakfast did not include milk, cereal or juice. Carpets were worn and torn. Shower curtains bent and broken. Sport court a disaster. Swimming pool gate and entry doors were broken. I have stayed at many Residence Inns, and this was one of the worst. Convenient to restaurants and shopping, though.

Reviewed By ARS1352019The hotel is beautiful and very clean. Most staff are warm and welcoming. We had few issues with the room but the staff was accommodating. Patty and Elsa are awesome. They made us feel welcomed. We plan to make this our Go to hotel when we visit family.

Reviewed By bjd727272Great location. I loved having a full kitchen. They provided everything I needed to make a meal for myself. The condition of the room was okay. It looked a little worn but it was clean and had everything I needed. Grocery store nearby to buy food. The hotel employees were very nice. Breakfast was okay. They may want to keep a closer eye on things during breakfast though. The last day I was there the person in front of me was getting breakfast for her whole family for the whole week apparently! She took every single muffin they had, I'm guess she had a bag filled with at least 12 muffins. I watched her take all the yogurt. She was in the process of taking all the cream cheese for the bagels and gave me a dirty look when I took a bagel. I couldn't believe it! I guess she thought all the bagels were hers too.

Worst hotel stay ever
Reviewed By joegJ5206SFThis was the worst hotels stay I have ever had.Night one the hotell decided to rent out the hall and leave 0 parking for actual guests.We drove around for 20 minutes looking for parking and couldn't find any.After that we went to the front desk and told them about the situation and they told us to park illegally in their lot and they would call us when the people left .2hrs later no call lot still packed and my 8 year old son still up and exhausted .I went back down and spent another 10 min looking for a spot at now 11pm.Morning 1 Beds were worn out and I woke up with back pain .Breakfast was horrible the eggs were half cooked dehydrated egg substitute want to be jimmy dean microwave patties .The waffles were made of cardboard and the juice was watered down to like 5% juice just straight up disgusting.Night 2 Beds made dirty sheets.We got back to the hotel at about 9pm the beds were made but covered in hair with pubs on the pillowcases and all over the place like someone screwed in our beds while we were gone so I had to go down stars and get fresh sheets and change them myself before putting my son to bed.while changing the sheets I saw just how nasty the mattress was picture attached huge blood stain at the head of the bed.Morning 2 Went to Denny's because the hotell food is nasty.Don't stay here literary anywhere else is better.

expect little and you won't be disappointed
Reviewed By laceyf142ive stayed here 4 or 5 times and it can be disgusting sometimes. Its no holiday inn and i wouldnt bring a family here on vacation. Its just not that kind of motel. This is the motel that is voted "most likely to be used in an episode of catfished". Its the kind of place you go take your mistress to for sleazy sexual encounters. I can say that the people that are living there using it as their home are some of the nicest people ive ever seen. Many have young kids living there and i have never had any trouble with anybody at this place personally. My heart goes out to the semi permanent residents who live here, they are kind, generous helpful people who have had some bad luck and are here for now. This is the kind of motel that it is, just know this before you book and you will be fine. It can seem a bit intimidating if you are expecting a high class high end motel experience. Its hookers and hard luck cases, cops roll thru to rattle cages and chase thugs and just a bunch of down to earth no bullsh#t real people. id recommend leaving any judgements at home and you will most likely have not a bit of trouble there, i never have. Never had any break ins to my truck or car either. Just be alert proceed with caution and dont be an a$$hole to anybody and you will be fine. Continental breakfast is a shot of penicillin and a tall can of malt liquor. Served out back next to the garbage can fire.
