Reviewed By alinatiliThe wifi is a mess! They have like 6 wifi connections but none of them works properly ! The room is old...it has dated furniture and popcorn walls ?! The sheets are clean but worn and shabby! The carpet from the room is very old...The shower and TV are ok...new If you want to plug in your phone charger you have to move the furniture in order to find the sockets? Staff is very nice and pleasant... Breakfast is great! Lots of choices.. except the coffee.. that’s not good but with you want a good coffee you can buy it separately from the bar.

The hotel consists in two buildings, one newer than the other, with better rooms. Inner courtyard includes a nice swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and, typically Romanian, loud music blasted from the pool bar. It seems this is a cultural thing in Romania - music MUST BE loud, they never heard of ambiance. The hotel has its own restaurant which these days, because of COVID19, offers outdoor tables for the food coming from inside. Food was ok. Overall, a decen hotel for the money.

Reviewed By claudiapY6173YD1. The room is small but ok. 2. The bathroom need to be renovated. 3. The service in the restaurant was good, all the employees were following the COVID rules. 4. The service at the bar almost inexistent. You could stay at the table on the terrace for some time and nobody came to ask if you want something to drink (probably the bar was for decoration). The bartender and the waitress were sitting on the hotel's couch , being busy more with their phones than with their customers. Also they were not following the COVID-19 rules . 5. The swimming pool was not clean. 6. The cleaning ladies did not wear a mask and beside changing the towels and empty the garbage bin, nothing else was done (no vacuuming in the room or cleaning the sink in the bathroom). 7. The check-in was fast but the staff also didn't respect the COVID-19 rules.

Could be the best hotel in Neptun
Reviewed By Cristian SWe went there for 5 days, breakfast included, and arrived late evening, around 21.00. The room located at the first floor was smelling heavy at fish because the windows were open, the restaurant's kitchen barbeque is not having a proper exhaust system and all the smell goes on in building B. The room was nice, my kid was happy to sleep on a reasonable bed, the balcony has two chairs and a clothes drying area. The balcony door does not have an insect's net and a blind, so during the night, there was a lot of light inside the room. The windows' phonic isolation is very poor, so with all windows closed, we could hear all conversations from the kitchen. The buffet breakfast was very good and different from a day to another, not necessarily in a good way. The service is very poor. The senior manager acts as a client and disturbs the clients waiting to get the food. The COVID 19 measures are the best I have ever seen in a Romanian restaurant. This is not going to compensate for the other poor aspects.

Reviewed By andacodreanuI stayed at this hotel in 2016 and came back this year for a 7-days holiday. However, I was disappointed by the way their services got worse. Starting from the crew who always seem to be annoied by our normal requests as clients, to the rooms who are not cleaned all the time. I waited 4 days until they came and changed the towels (only after I asked the receptionist). There is also so much crowd at the breakfast. There is a schedule nobody respects and sometimes it is so hard to find a spare table. The rest of the services are fine, the pool opens ar 9.30 and closes at 10pm. It is always clean and there is also a pool bar. Unfortunately, it seems like they only have half of the products written on the menu. There is a 15min walk to the beach but they have a great restaurant named Springtime next to the hotel. You can get a lungh for less than 5€ there. The prices are affortable and the rooms look nice.

In front of our balcony a nice forest, with special air, a building very well maintained, the rooms very clean, nice furniture, TV set very good, fridge big enough and a nice and large balcony. A very professional team of hausekeeping. very devoted., Amesing how they can keep so clean, so wel maintened, so many flowers, and everything smelt fresh !!!!Bravo Owners !

Reviewed By alinatiliWe always stay at this hotel since it’s only 5 min walk to the beach, the room is nice and has new furniture, large balcony, very clean sheets on the bed and good breakfast. Staff from reception is nice and helpful. Cleaning of the room however is not so good ... it’s a pity because the room has potential and they should try to improve that. They can also provide you with free sunbeds on the beach during your stay. However there are also CONS It is not such a quiet place as mentioned by other guests because in the morning you can daily hear the church’ s bells at 8 o’clock sharp...in the evening you can hear loud singing from restaurants nearby ... The bathroom floor is always flooding or foaming when you use the sink to wash your bathing suit or when you take a shower The breakfast time is only 2 hours time for such a big number of people and that is not ok. Even if food is good and plenty is not ok to always be rushed... one day we tried to find a free table at 9 AM and we couldn’t and when we returned they already closed breakfast... 5 minutes after 9:30 ?? Breakfast should take 3 hours for a big hotel like this... Breakfast coffee is not ok for those who appreciate a good coffee but you can buy a strong espresso at the lounge bar ?

I am a frequent client of the hotel and allwasy suited our needs as a young couple : nice swimmig pool indoor and outdoor, buffet food, quite and clean superior doube room and excellent service. My parents are choosing allways to spend the summer holidays at 2D Hotel. They allways spent quality time vacation and enjoyed excellent services. The hotel staff was amazing when they surprised my parents with a complementary gift for their 50 years marrige aniversary. It is a suitable hotel for young couples, families with children and seniors.

SHORT AVERAGE STAY
Reviewed By RRoxana19We have stayed in this hotel for 3 days and the word average is the best to describe our experience considering the price paid, location, food, parking etc. The hotel has been renovated recently, however the parking area is still under maintenance which is causing a lot of distribution, dust, noise etc. The parking spaces are very limited taking in consideration the size of the hotel and if you leave and come back it will take you ages to find a "parking space", your only option will be to park on the pavement one mile away from the hotel. The breakfast area is not big enough again considering the size of the hotel, the food options were very limited, we had to wait 30 to 40 min to get a coffee, if you went breakfast at 9am they barley had anything left and when asked for tomatoes for ex which is basic their answer was "sorry we have none left". Another worrying situation was that even do the rules were to wear a face mask in the communal areas, no one was wearing not even the hotel staff, the breakfast area was completely overcrowded and no distance measures in place at all. Cleaning was poor, the cleaners will just come in your room at 7:30, 8am without knocking on the door, towels were never changed during our three days, duvet cover was turned on the other side which makes me laugh even now, toilet was never cleaned, the only thing they were doing is to vacuum and tidy the bed. The rooms are decent size, although the bathroom is a bit narrow, there is no air conditioning in the corridor areas. Positive things: comfortable bed, has a balcony, close to all the evening attractions, restaurants and about 25 min walk to the nearest beach.
