The restaurant was incredible and the food was terrific. The spa was first class and they even returned my wedding ring that I had left in my robe. I would recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

She belongs in that position and should be manager of a location one day. I've watched how she has dealt with rude customers, and she goes above and beyond her position. She remembers everyones names for the most part and makes people feel welcomed. She gives great suggestions to customers and makes everyone feel comfortable to stay there. I have stayed at Red Roofs all over the US, and never met someone so on point. I literally stay there from time to time because of her. I've dealt with so many rude front desk people at numerous hotels in Naperville, and she is the winner for greatest host. You have hired a diamond in the rough and should do everything in your power to keep her on staff because she would be a great asset for any company. I would hire for any of my companies in a second. My advice, keep her happy because she belongs with you and deserves credit where credit is due. Thank you Shanequa for making my stay wonderful, its because of you I will continue to do business with the Red Roof Naperville, and I tell my business associates that if you need a quiet place to stay and something affordable and in an area with everything within walking distance, stay at the Red Roof Naperville. Reviewed By Kim WWe stayed at the Hotel Indigo in Naperville at the end of March, and it was an outstanding experience, we had moved home to Texas after living in Naperville for 25 years and we knew the Hotel Indigo was going to be the place to stay. The hotel rooms were wonderful, and the staff was incredible. We interacted with Kelli at the front desk numerous times, and I cannot use enough positive words to describe how wonderful she was. She was friendly, engaging and most of all a true professional. She certainly represented the Hotel Indigo and the IHG brand in a manner that I hope makes them proud. I am a Titanium member with another hotel brand, but I must immediate the staff at the Hotel Indigo will have me searching their brand as the place to stay whenever we travel again. We are returning to Naperville numerous times in the immediate future as our son and daughter-in-law live in the area and we will always stay at the Hotel Indigo (we already have numerous reservations). Kelli, James, and the rest of the staff made us feel at home and the quality of the property was beyond belief. It is clearly a well-managed hotel. The location of the hotel is great with Sparrow Coffee on the first floor and many high-quality restaurants just steps away. If you visit Naperville (one of the top and safest cities in the Nation) stay at the Hotel Indigo and you will interact with an outstanding staff and have a great place to stay. To the staff – THANK YOU!!! We cannot wait to return and relive what we know will be an outstanding experience at a wonderful property with outstanding staff, highlighted by Kelli and James.

When calling the reservation line, my wife was unknowingly diverted to a call center in Central America operated by reservations.com Insidiously, they added a $14.99 service charge to the reservation for the privilege of booking through them. We cancelled the reservation -- are worried now that they have our credit card data -- and won't know for 2 to 10 business days if we got our full money back -- including the spurious reservation fee. Shameful, deceptive billing behavior. Shameful, and it has us turning to Marriott for the rest of the bookings on our trip. CAVEAT EMPTOR -- Buyer, Beware!!! Shame on you, Hilton!!

Reviewed By bernd1jpSubmitting my first review because this is a very unprofessional and unaccomodating staff. We tried to book a room at this hotel for an upcoming family wedding. Our family includes my wife and I, as well as a newborn and toddler which cannot sleep in their own bed. Their online system clearly showed a king bed or 2 queen beds as options if we booked as two adults. However when I include our children (who don't need a bed) we are only given the option for 2 queen beds, even though one queen bed will not be used and we will need that extra floor space for our childrens' Pack-and-Plays. When I called the booking line to try to rectify the situation I was told that the king bed was no longer available even though I was looking at the room availability online and saw it listed there. When I explained this to the booking agent I was condescendingly told (about my own kids) that "kids are people too" and that it was a fire hazard to have two kids in a single king room, which defies logic (and is probably a canned response) becuase THERE WOULD BE MORE BEDS AND HINDERANCES BLOCKING THE DOORWAY IN THE 2 QUEEN ROOM since my kids would still need their own Pack-And-Plays. The booking agent told me that I need to "ensure the children's safety." How dare you speak to me that way about my kids! And for the record I was the only one doing that on this phone call! This hotel clearly has poorly trained staff that do not know how to work within the reservation system and are so set on offering what I can already find online. The Marriott needs to do better training their staff how to use common sense, because otherwise THEY ARE PUTTING YOUNG FAMILIES AT RISK. This is the only hotel that I have ever, EVER, had this issue with and I think it has to be because they are poorly trained on how to make exceptions within the booking system. Otherwise they are heartless, thoughtless monsters, but I choose to believe the best in people. I will not be staying here ever again. It might be fine if you have a basic family consisting entitely of able bodied adults or adolescents but it's not right or safe for our family.
