I have never had a hotel message me asking how our stay was and did we need anything. Not only once but the next day to say they were glad we were having a good time. Room was very clean and quiet despite the fact that the venue was practically in the parking lot. I can't say enough good things about this hotel.

The hotel worked with setting up rooms for our family and friends traveling from other states. The rooms were lovely. Very clean and modern. The front desk people were amazing. Polite, professional and KIND!!

After over 30 minutes to get checked in at 1:30 in the morning after a long flight and we had requested a lower level room but had to carry heavy suitcases up stairs, we were exhausted. Still did not have a room key till morning. This place is going down hill.

Went to check in in the middle of the night when the front desk told us she would let us have the room because we lived 30 min away. No explanation no assistance to find another hotel. Just stranded us in the middle of the night during a month with heavy bookings. Keep in mind we're a married couple, middle aged /college educated professionals that drive a new Prius. We aren't engaging in suspicious business or look like the type that would. Absolutely strange experience, we have rented so many hotels in our area next to big events we attended for years and never had a problem.

Reviewed By AmphibianAdventuresI arrived at the hotel to a faded, worn, building with no signage on the building. The front door was "broken" - had to go check in at the side door. Once inside at the counter I knew I had made a mistake. The pictures that you see - are from when the hotel was brand new - who knows how long ago that was. The building is in disrepair everywhere. I checked in at 930am - early check in and proceeded to the room. The hallways and lobby told me what I already knew - I shouldn't even bother going to the room. This is the first time I didn't read the reviews - just the pictures. THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN. The room was a "non smoking" room - but the bedding and the curtains had cigarette burns and the windows were cigarette yellowish. The beds were made by what appeared to be an angry teenager and the bathroom - no thank you. The refrigerator and the microwave were at least 10 years old and I was afraid to touch them. There was no television. This was obviously a room I was not going to stay in. I left my large suitcase and walked a block to Dennys to search for a new room. I secured a new place to stay for the next two nights and headed back to the hotel to cancel. I book via Orbitz so cancelled my booking before returning to the hotel - with the understanding that I had to pay for today - since it was less than 24 hours. I retrieved my suitcase and returned the key to the front desk. I asked if they would refund my stay for the night since they were going to rent it and get double money and he said "since you've been here for more than 6 hours company policy says I have to charge you" When I told him I'd only checked in 2 hours ago and spent a total of 10 minutes in the room he stated "oh - I mean since its been more than 3 hours..." Save yourself some trauma and do not book here. This should be shut down for repairs. Or maybe knocked down and start over. It is dirty from top to bottom and the door to the room had been kicked in recently so there was also a safety concern. DO NOT TRUST PICTURES - READ REVIEWS - LESSON LEARENED.

Reviewed By Kimyt435It was our first time staying at this brand. Definitely not impressed and will go back to other Hilton hotels next time. Breakfast hardly had any choices. Just bread. Dogs welcome everywhere, even at breakfast. I have three dogs at home, but don't want dogs near my food in the morning. Not a fan at all!!!
