Reviewed By molliem559The location was terrible, the hotel was behind a McDonald's and Burger King which you could see from the balcony. The hotel itself was nothing like the pictures, the pictures show different restaurants/ bars and lovely pools which are false, the pools were small and overcrowded, and the restaurant had a very basic and bland interior. I had a breakfast included with my reservation, me and my family struggled to find something to eat as it definitely did not to cater to English people with English foods, the breakfast buffet consisted of stale breads and rolls, burnt scrambled eggs and a big bowl of what I think was tomatoes in juice. All I had for breakfast every day was one slice of toast with very runny jam which could be poured onto it. The room was basic, small fridge with a very uncomfortable bed. Every night they had music blasting out until midnight which made it even worse to try and get some sleep. For the few first days of our stay we had at least 3 kids football teams staying there as well, these kids were running across the hallway screaming every night, taking over both pools and running around them in between the sun- beds. This is not the place you would want to go to if you're looking for a family holiday, wish I had known that before we booked there

Reviewed By bradleyl892018I am two weeks post holiday and I have serious holiday blues still! This is purely down to this hotel and it's staff, I want to go back! I would 100% recommend staying at this hotel - the only thing I can think of as being a negative was the fact they lacked snacks in a afternoon, a true Brit always needs an Ice Cream mid-afternoon and this was missing! The food, drinks, environment, service, rooms, cleanliness was all spot-on. Big shout out to the bar team - especially Marc and his team, they really made our holiday, with excellent service and lots of fun! They have passion and energy which simply shines through, exactly how 'hospitality' should be. We will 100% definitely be back.

The pool area has several pools, suitable for children of all ages and is safe and well managed by the staff. The restaurant offers a good range of food and is open long enough to enable you to avoid congestion. With the additional facilities of a football court, basketball and gym, there was plenty to do and the treatments offered were excellent in the hotel. The staff were friendly and we must thank Desiree on reception, who is a credit to the hotel. An outstanding holiday and well worth a visit.

A Pleasant Stay
Reviewed By AnnJ69A pleasant 2 day stay at this hotel but there is a lot of room for improvement: Not enough information (hardly any) is given to the guests about activities taking place in the hotel or things to do in the surrounding area. The policy of not providing any tap water at dinner is ridiculous, forcing customers to buy expensive bottle water and having a gustapo general pointing a naughty finger and telling off customers who bring in their own bottle of water is patronising and not how you should be treating your clientele. The booking system for the spa should be improved - should not have to book at the spa but pay at reception - make it one place. Would be good to have tea & coffee facilities in the rooms. Lifts need an upgrade - they seem very slow and rickety. On the plus side the Cleaning was excellent and bingo night (which participated in by chance, walking by the entertainment room) was fun. Found one of the male daytime reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Reviewed By Georgia NSuch an amazing place for families to stay! First time staying here and in Lloret de Mar and we would definitely return. We stayed all inclusive and the food and drinks were great, plenty of options to choose from even for fussy eaters. Room was clean and the housekeepers were friendly. The reception team were also very helpful, and it is good to see on site security in the evenings. The waterpark is amazing and plenty of space to get a sunbed, the staff who done the kids club and evening entertainment for kids were also very lovely. The only downside is when you get a transfer and dropped off at the bus stop there are no signs to tell you which direction to walk (its not a far walk but all uphill in case you are travelling heavy). Thank you for a lovely stay

Reviewed By Thomas SDark outdated rooms , staff are not very friendly, no entertainment for children, broken tiles in the pool that 2 of children hurt there feet on and the bar staff weren’t interested the main slide was closed the hole time we were there . On one of the days there was a couple of men smoking weed round the pool at 1030am obviously been out all night

SPA - The Jacuzzi is not hot at all. the Saunas as well you think you are on a full board, but then you find out that drinks are not included. There is no trash can in the dining room. The ROOM itself it’s a joke. The toilet and the shower are in the closet. Yes. You heard me. In the closet. They will not give you more towels or fill up your shampoo only if you will ask 3 times. WIFI - is bad. They’re asking you so many questions before they let you connect and it’s not stable at all. A/C the worst that I tried- not working all night. TV - 21” very small and stand at the side. Cus a front of the bed there is. Mirror. Elevator- you can press the floor only with your room key (cus it’s CIA top facility) Clean - I’ll add some pictures. I think someone left number 2 on our mirror. Clean- not at all. I’ll add some pictures. FOOD - very good. Lots of options, very nice staff, warm and kind people. SALMA, SALVINA are very nice. And some of the stuff are doing you a favor that they’re working there.
