Reviewed By BettybestcyThis is a beautiful hotel in the center of Limassol! We really like this place. Clean and cozy room,nice swimming pool area,helpful and just so very professional staff. We had breakfast,it was tasty and there is a lot of food, including fruits/vegetables, pastry and "Cyprus corner". As we heard management team has been changed this year and it's brought positive changes and growth.We hope to return there sometime soon.

Reviewed By charlieteedjA little haven of tranquility, tucked away amongst the back streets of Limassol. Our room was very comfortable and the staff are so warm and welcoming from the moment you step in the door. The pool at the back is very peaceful and gets the sun all day with an extensive cocktail list (I actually had the best cosmopolitan I’ve ever had here). The bar inside has a really extensive range of spirits and the restaurant and chef were voted best in Limassol this year. We’ll definitely be back!

Renovated in 2011, Kapetanios Odyssia is a 3 stars superior hotel and is conveniently located in one of the most privileged areas of Limassol in the center only 100 meters from the beach, it offers an extensive variety of facilities and it is renowned for its excellent service, friendly atmosphere and the good food. The surrounding area is well known as Olympus promenade, which has been recently redeveloped by the local authorities to a very exclusive area with walkways, wooden decks bike lanes, public gardens and sitting arrangements overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Room Facilities: - Side sea view or pool view, electronic Key System, heating or cooling (depending on season), direct dial telephone, satellite and pay TV, wifi, minibar*, bathroom with bathtub or shower, hairdryer, safe deposit box *(reception area), laundry service. Facilities: Swimming pool and children's pool, two restaurants, bar and pool bar. Daily activities and evening entertainment are also organised. Health club : Gym, sauna*, Jacuzzi*, aromatherapy massage*, beauty salon*. (* = Payable locally).
My third and last time
Reviewed By cinziaclaudialFrom 1st to 7th may 2022, it was my third time in Kapetanios. The hotel has totally lost many points during the years. Bad maintenance, bad cleaning, not all reception staff is suitable to welcome guest. Holes in the bed sheet, in the sofa, dirty basin. At my arrival I was given a room and the next day they wanted me to change because they were wrong. I asked to give the other room to other people, they didn't and didn't apologise at all. A person of my group left a jacket in the wardrobe, we said immediately to the reception, they answer to say to the morning staff, morning staff to evening staff, enening staff to afternoon staff. They lost the jacket. Breakfast is standard with low quality industrial sweet pastries, no biscuits, no real espresso. Look at pics. My third and last time!

Great location for the sea front, harbour, old town and zoo. Feel tourism is just taking off here. Breakfast was ok, though same each day. Pool was good .....and quiet, plenty of space and sun loungers. Staff were ok, often not around, Cleaners were brilliant. The room was very small for 3 people on a week's holiday with a child and suitcases. They said we had had an upgrade - cant imagine a smaller room?! The prom appeared to be a race circuit at night for cars and motor bikes - while it looked great fun it went on past midnight and kept us awake.

My other half says it is one of the best bathroom set ups he has ever seen, he loved the big oval mirror in front of the bed with the lights around and the double sink etc. It is designed very nice. The staff was friendly and check in was super efficient We loved the breakfast, lots of options and very big portions with a coffee and fresh orange juice. My only small comment is that the courtyard is beautiful but due to it being really cold we sat inside. This inside area could definitely be rearranged a little as you could tell the hotel wasn’t busy at this time as things were covered and they use it sort of like a storage, it was quite dusty.

Ants in the room. Hardest beds in the universe. I don’t think I would stay here again. Breakfast café is excellent

Noisy traffic.. felt like windows were open
Reviewed By Ems2075Only stayed one night and arrived late evening after a long day. The apartment was nice enough basic for the price and everything was provided.. was also clean. The noise however at night from the traffic is awful. The windows are inferior in this hotel... you won't get a good night sleep.. unless you don't mind very loud traffic as the room isnt soundproof with all windows properly shut. Shame as apartment was nice enough and staff were friendly. .. but I wouldn't stay here again because of how loud the traffic resonated in the room with all windows closed..it was very irritating.. and I felt tired in the morning from unable to sleep properly.... I had other options of accommodation but chose this unfortunately. Being charged for a room you can't sleep properly in is unacceptable.

Reviewed By jrp56What a very pleasant surprise. Do not look at the surrounding area, which is tired in places. Look up at the verandas and you won't be dissappointed. Go inside and you will be very pleasantly surprised. Our apartment was very tastefully decorated with all the necessary facilities and more. It was VERY clean and very comfortable. There is also a very well kept roof-top swimming pool with sunbeds and showers. All clean. There is a small gym too. A well situated apartment.
