Beautiful hotel
Reviewed By Harry TWe stayed here on a bike trip and enjoyed this hotel in Landshut. The location is a bit away from the center of town or the river, but is easily walkable to the center. The hotel had bicycle storage. The woman behind the reception desk was extremely friendly, offering us apple cider when checking in. The room was quite comfortable, with a large bathroom and nice furnishings. They have a terrace in the back, which is quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was great. We also ate dinner here , which can only be described as over the top fine dining.

Modern hotel right by Old Town with friendly staff!

So happy we stayed in this gorgeous town, and the Isar City hotel did not disappoint. Large, modern clean rooms, totally updated bath, and fab breakfast; small concern for a four star hotel that no lotion or hair conditioner provided ( the one time I forgot to pack), but the welcome free coffee/tea and cakes provided in lounge make up for it! Two blocks to river- great running path and located right by Old Town!

Enjoyable Stay Near the Airport
Reviewed By MikeN660I stopped for a night before flying out of Munich to experience the Advent Market. The hotel had that lovely old world charm and is situated in the center of things. I just had breakfast there and it was more than adequate. I might be back in future years.

Reviewed By Regenerator101This is really a completely new Ibis with a charming lobby and comfortable & warm rooms. A lot of parking places around the hotel. The train station with different eateries is just around the corner and the unique "Altstadt" of Landshut some 20min walking. I enjoyed my overnight stay very much. The staff is excellent and a special regard to the receptionist at the check in (Tuesday afternoon, 22.02.22).

Reviewed By TimMcGetWe stayed here on a cycle trip after coming from Wasserburg. Good storage for the bikes. There is a nice bistro right next door where we had a beer in the late afternoon sun, the best part of cycling. The hotel is excellent, highest standards.

The Michel Hotel Landshut is a business and leisure hotel that directly located on the Isar River, a 2-minute walk from the historic "Altstadt". For our younger guests we have a children's playroom decorated and use the bike rental free of charge (EBikes surcharge) for your bike trip. In addition to the Michel's restaurant serving international and regional cuisine, and the hotel bar, the hotel offers a spa with sauna, steam sauna, Inforotkabine and numerous professional training equipment. You can choose to park you car on one of the 10 free outdoor parking or in our garage with 80 spaces (fee).
A dirty hotel
Reviewed By Bumblebee61fhCobwebs on the walls, urine on the toilet bowl, organic dirt on the wall in the room, stains in the hallways and stairwells. We wanted to change rooms, but no one could be reached after 10:00 p.m., especially not on the emergency number. We pointed out the dirt to the staff and they apologized but it was time for us to leave. Under no circumstances will we be going back to such a dirty hotel. We also paid 84 euros per person for direct bookings instead of the 72 that the websites ask.

One of the most friendly staff at German hotels
Reviewed By Thomas MIt seems to me that the staff there could read thoughts. I got there an upgrade, they gave answers of some questions before I asked. Very friendly staff who cant nothing to do that the area where the hotel is situated is not the best but when you inside you will feel well. The restaurant is a little influenced by Italian cuisine but bavarian.

Building site or hotel?
Reviewed By Jane HTurned up here at 5pm to find the place in darkness & locked up. There were no cars in the car park, which resembled a building site. A note on the door gave a number to call in emergency. On calling the number it was unobtainable. Presuming it to be closed - building material outside the entrance & the fact the notice on the door had obviously been up for some time - we left & stayed elsewhere.
