Not good value for money
Reviewed By Gino BOn the day of our arrival road to the hotel was closed due to sport event. We were not able to park outside the hotel until 8pm (we were told to check for updates every hour so we spent our day walking up and down between hotel room and security of the event). We ended up paying for the parking 500 mts from the hotel and had to carry our luggages all the way down. While made an email complaint to Management that we should have been advised in advance about this situation (so we could plan our journey in a different way) we got no response. From a 4-star hotel where we pay over 500zl per night we would expect minimum of contact with guests. Obviously hotel doesn’t care about small individual customers, only business and so called VIPs. Our room was nothing special, with poor view on someone else’s windows. Spa facilities not bad but water in swimming pool very cold, we were not able to use it. While sitting in the sauna we were forced to listen argument between lifeguard and other staff member. The location is good and hotel clearly takes advantage of that. On a good note reception staff was nice and breakfast was good. Overall not good value for money, there are much better hotels around. We will be back in Krynica but won’t be staying in President.

Not here ... no reaction for 3 days, than apologize with asking not to public this... not seriously, because the employee was still seen in Hotel and given even the same Sport Courses... 2) Uncomfortable Organisation: Nice to have a pool, but closed from 3 - 4 p.m. at best time after skiing? Very nice coffe-bar, but closed from 5-7 p.m.? Nice fire-side Lounge, but Closes at 10 p.m.? 3) low Standard: Wellness half useable (one special shower not working; ice-production for Sauna not working, Indoor Whirlpool not cleaned / stinky), outdoor pool got Service 2 trimes a week during opening hours, so ou cannot use for 1h), Room need urgent renovation (are not even 2-star-standard) and isolation of walls ... 4) To be fair: Very good Location and very good Food!

Reviewed By ellias447We were 2 couples who stayed in this hotel. Although it looks like it is a winter sking resort, it was still perfect in Summer. The rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is also very good. Parking and wifi are perfect, but above all staff are very helpful, especially the young man at the reception, who was also kind enough to print our boarding passes.

Reviewed By Barman29Our second visit after 5 years and the staff remembered us, and who we'd been with before. In the restaurant, their attention to detail is exemplary. They obviously have a reputation for quality and value so tables are rarely empty, but the staff are constantly attentive and serve the tables so well. The rooms are clean and comfortable, many with balconies. There is a luxurious sauna and jacuzzi area available for private hire.

Reviewed By Barbara KA lovely Hotel - situated just a short walk from the historic Centre of Krynica. The room was spacious with a modern en suite bathroom. I am a single traveller - and was surprised that I had a double bed in my room. A substantial continental breakfast was included in the price. The price was just ZL110 per night - a bargain!
