Reviewed By sinislavVery rude and impolite staff, especially the receptionists. Tried to trick us giving us room we didn't pay for (which was like the one from horror story). Dirty rooms, not cleaned regularly. Highly NOT recommended.

Went there for skiing
Reviewed By _the_illusionist99We've spent eight nights it this place and we loved it. Very close to a ski slope, just 150 meters. Next to it is a small marketplace. The hotel is new and very clean and very functional. There is private parking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was just what you need for a long day of skiing, it was really good. Certainly, we'll be back next time we visit Jahorina.

Reviewed By BranislavB465I was with my family here two times for winter hollidays (half board). The position is very practical right on the sloops and the rooms are really nice and warm. Although everything is great the best part has to be home made mountain food, especially rose berry jam ( home made marmalade).All the staff is really kind and helpful too. And I would definitely recommend this place if you want a good time on your winter holliday.

Reviewed By teodor97Villa Dejo is located in front of the slope No. 7, door to ski access. Rooms are spacious, floor heating, cleaned each day, beds comfortable. There exist separate room for skis and boards with heating also. Owner is hospital and kind, every recommendation!

Reviewed By Aenea KComfortable apartment for 6 people was good choice for us and three kids. Our twins are toddlers so location of apartment (mid mountain) was not the best for them. Location is good for skiiers, few min walk to nearest slope (not much uphill or downhill). Apartment was clean and warm but not so well equipped. Missing hair drier, cleaning mop, broom, some dishes, and bed lamps. Hot water in the kitchen was not hot cause electric faucet is not working properly. Fire place is nice decoration but we did not need to use it because apartment was warm enough anyway.

Reviewed By Diana SWe enjoyed the ski resort- Jahorina, it has nice cable cars and good lift infrastructure. The hotel is nicely positioned, not far from the ski slopes. Our stay at Chalet Petit Palais however was not so pleasant. First, we were disappointed about the room setup, it was crampy with a very small cooler and not enough space to turn around. The breakfast was poor, not as advertised. Basic things missing like bread (some of the days only batter fried in deep oil available), no honey for the tea, poor tea selection (green and black-not suitable for children) and no butter. We ended up buying some of the things for breakfast from the close supermarket. The so-called restaurant where breakfast was served, had just a few tables so finding a place to sit was pure luck. Awful cigarette smoke in the morning from the neighbouring tables, poor ventilation (it's cultural to smoke in closed spaces with children all around) was making us sick. The most annoying was the hot water- boiler. There was not enough hot water available for the whole family. We had to take quick showers and washing hair was mission impossible. We had to wait for hours for the boiler to reheat the water. We couldn't use the wall-mounted heaters in the rooms since they were covered with wooden boxes. We had great difficulty drying the clothes & ski shoes and preparing for the next skiing day. A few nights in a row there were parties in the restaurant under us, the noise stopped somewhere after midnight, making it difficult to rest after a full day on the slopes. Parking for the car is extra. We definitely wouldn't recommend this place. There are many other nicer places for the half of the money we paid for Chalet Petit Palais with much better services.

Cozy hotel with pleasant staff
Reviewed By Ist2019-20We stayed at Neboja Hotel for 5 nights, visiting Jahorina for skiing. The location is about a km away from the gondola, teleski and chairs but there is constant ring service, free of charge. Food was more than enough, good quality with variety.

Excellent service in the restaurant of the villa
Reviewed By SlovenijalucijaI went for lunch to the restaurant of villa Bella twice during my winter vacation with a big group of friends and it was always very good. The restaurant is pretty small, but food portions are big. The waiter was very friendly and helpful, the service is fast and efficent. I recommend it to every visitor who comes to beautiful Jahorina miuntain.

HOTEL SAN *** only 50 meters from the ski slopes Ogorjelica. The hotel has 18 comfortable rooms and one suite. Each room has a bathroom, satellite TV and telephone. The hotel has a restaurant with a fireplace, wi-fi, studio for relaxation, massage and sauna. The service is halfboard ( breakfast and dinner - buffet). Good location, service and friendly staff will complete your stay at the Hotel San.
